Amazon let me know I purchased this box of dried worms 12 times in the last year or so. I love them and feel like they are always a great deal at between $25-40. This is much cheaper than at the store for 5lbs. This is a great quantity to have as the box feels nice and large without taking up too much storage space. I also like that the bag zip locks inside the box instead of being a ripped mess like some products. The worms seem fresh and crisp.The birds absolutely love them and go through them quickly. If I spill any my dog comes running and loves to scavenge for them on the floor too. I havenât noted them to be soggy or moldy even when it rains, although I think the birds eat it up too fast for mold. There are some crumbs/dust associated with them as the birds eat them but it doesnât seem to be anymore than other bird foods Iâve used, and less than most since they really come to eat it all. I even use the box on my desk to elevate my laptop for zoom calls.I just bought 2 more boxes because I saw they were on the lower end of their price range today. Highly recommend.

Great quality and birds love them
This product is the best value for the $$. The dried mealworms are whole and not in pieces and there are no dried beetles like in other brands that I have seen. They seem to attract a great variety of birds.

My birds absolutely love these. They are good quality and you get a whole lot of them. They smell like what they should smell like a light, burnt, toasted smell. For my money this is the Best buy out there for BSF larva

Great amount for price my chickens and ducks love these. Don’t smell bad . Even my aquatic turtles love them .the texture is right and they appearance is exactly what it should be . Great nutrition for my animals . Not all broken will have long shelf life if need but they eat them like candy!

My Go To Worms!
Iâve bought these at least three times now and my chickens love them! Such a better price than going to the local Tractor Supply or Rural King. You get double the product for the same price!! Iâve never had a âbad smellâ like others, but I donât stick my nose in the bag either lol. Love that itâs resealable and the box is actually sturdy. Chicken approved!!!

Came With a Bonus!!
We have 22 Hens and 2 Roosters. Needless to say, we use an enormous amount of Black Soldier Fly Larvae. All of our birds love them.Since we use so many, we really are not loyal to one particular brand and generally purchase the lowest price with the best reviews.That’s how we ended up with this brand. Included was a bonus that we were not expecting.We ordered (5) 11lb boxes this time. In one of the packages, we noticed that half the Freeze Dried Larvae were much darker than what we are accustomed to seeing, but paid it no real attention.A few evenings after we started using the bag with the darker Larvae, we spilled about 40 or 50 Larvae on the ground, while filling our treat bucket.That evening, it rained into the next morning. By the time we made it out to our feed house that evening to assemble their evening treats, we noticed a few dozen of the Dark Larvae on the side of our feed house. When we went to move them, we discovered that they were ALIVE.Within a day or so, we had Black Soldier Flies hovering around the small pile of spillage that sits next to our feed house.First time we have had this happen over several years. We are saving the balance of the Dark Larvae and have ordered a Soldier Fly enclosed breeding system that will produce Larvae and as long as this brand is available at this price, we will continue to purchase them.Very durably packaged and sealed equaled a solid, healthy product where the Larvae were all intact with none crushed and were good and thick. Just be prepared for that familiar smell when you open them. They are very well sealed.

Worms for my chickens.
These came in a resealable bag and smell like soldier fly larve. It’s a decent amount of worms for the price. My chickens and quail like these worms. When they see the worm bucket they come running. The worms were clean and didn’t have any other debris in them. They are a nice size and quality.
