Great customer service
1st one I received was broken at ceramic screw, contacted company and the customer service was great, got a replacement within 2 days and it works great (good about of heat for basking and good amout of light) for my bearded dragon.

Burnt out within 1 month, unable to use warranty seller provided
Update: The seller reached out to me and sent a replacement bulb immediately.This bulb burnt out within 1 month. I registered the included warranty card the seller included in the box, I tried to claim my warranty but the company website is now down and no way to contact them for the warranty. Its passed the return window for Amazon.

Great Value!
I was looking for something that could replace the more expensive lamp in the reptile store. I have read they don’t always last as long as those. The ones from the pet stores are expected to last about a year. I bought this one in case my other Mixjoy lamp goes out. So far, I have had no problem with it, and it has been going strong for 7 months. At about half the price, I consider it already a win!

DON’T Buy
So the first one i had purchased i let it warm up in my house for a Day before putting it in. And when i put in my Bearded Dragon’s cage i had light right away but then smoked and went out. I had asked for a replacement and received that and then that one worked for a day and started to flicker. I wasn’t going to allow my bearded dragon die because i live in WI and it gets really cold especially for a bearded dragon. I usually get my heat lights from the local hardware store but they changed companies and didn’t have the light i usually use for him so i decided to check out this light. And again with the issues i had with this bulb i would highly recommend not buying period. With bearded dragons in cold climates we cannot allow them to get to cold for too long. I do have the heat on but not to what they need in there cage’s. I have gotten my replacement and again i sent that back as well and when i checked my refund it shows me no refund as it was a replacement. i really hope i get refunded the full amount i paid for the original bulb as the product clearly does not work at all.

Puts out heat
It’s light bulb burn out within 2 months. Not sure if it is the fixture that I have but when this bulb gets too hot it turns off but isn’t that the whole point isn’t this a heat lamp? You have to let it cool down and then turn it back on. It did its job when it worked but it was super frustrating so I have since ordered a different brand with no problems.
