Great product after doing my research!
I have Dwarf African Frogs that I’ve had for about a year when I decided to separate them from the other tank mates. I was looking for specific food and came upon this one. It doesn’t seem like much, but there are several feeds in one package. Size is perfect and doesn’t break down until the frog begins to eat. Smell is not off putting at all. Great price and has held up well in the resealable package.

Floats straight to the bottom of the tank.
So glad I found this frog food! It sinks to the bottom of the tank immediately, which is preferable to the other food I had which floated around on top of the water and only eventually dropped to the floor of the aquarium where my froggies find their food. I can definitely say this is African Dwarf Frog approved, they really seem to like it. You don’t get a huge amount, but I have found a package lasts a long time. So it is a good value for the money and my froggies are getting the nutrition they need to thrive.

Great for picky frogs, but a bit on the big side for some.
One of my African dwarf frogs is pickier than others and only really eats frozen brine shrimp or bloodworms, so I decided to try out this food for him and share my experience. These pellets are strong smelling, and he seems quite interested in them as soon as they’re dropped into the tank, he will eat the smaller ones but a lot of the pellets are a bit on the big end and he’ll spit them out or be unable to fit them in his mouth. If you’re comfortable with crushing them or cutting them so they’re small enough for African dwarf frogs, they’re great! it keeps them well fed and happy, but it can be a little bit inconvenient and wasteful if they don’t eat the larger pieces. If you have fish that can eat the larger pellets, then it’d be great and super convenient, but I just haven’t had the time to get fish for my ADF tank.

    Your ADFs will go NUTS
All 5 of my ADFs officially approve of this food. The food is super MOIST and stinky (in a good way) they could smell it as soon as it hit the water. I mooshed it a little bit so my Micro ADF “Dot” could eat it without issue.

    Frogs love it!
Hands down this is my frogs favorite food! They can smell it as soon as it goes in the tank and will come over hunting for it. I do like the fact that the pieces are larger, I’ve never noticed mine having any problem eating it. These WILL be too big for dwarf clawed frogs but it’s great for standard size African clawed frogs. I had bought a small bag because I wasn’t sure how they would like it but from now I’ll be buying the bigger bag.

    The right size pellet
I’ve tried other brands, and these are the only pellets large enough for my frogs to find. The other smaller kinds just crumble and float away into the substrate. I place them on a ceramic dish

Can’t say what the problem is.
So far my African Dwarf Frog has rejected them.
