Customers say
Customers find the vivarium’s fountain quality impressive, describing it as the coolest piece in their tank, and appreciate its light level and cool appearance. However, the functionality receives mixed feedback, with some saying it works great while others report it being non-functional. Moreover, the product’s sturdiness is concerning, with multiple customers reporting it breaking within a month or having pieces break off. Additionally, the leakage and hole size aspects receive negative feedback, with customers noting it doesn’t hold water and concerns about holes that could trap animals.

Amazing fountain!
It works perfectly and doesnât leak. I have noticed some of the reviews say the pump is loud or there is low water flow. The only time the pump has been loud or there has been low water flow is when there is not enough water in the fountain. It holds quite a bit of water. It is the coolest reptile fountain I have found.

Great fountain other than the tiny hole I sealed with Flexseal
Great fountain. Looks great, works good, quiet pump( once you put enough water in it). Only had one problem. There was a tiny hole on the left side. Flooded the tank which drowned some of the crickets in the tank. Found where it was leaking and sealed it with a little bit of Flex Seal.

Not worth buying
I saw the good reviews and i read the bad thinking that what other people are dealing with wonât happen to me with this product. If you are on the fence after these reviews, do not buy!Itâs expensive and a waste of money so not worth it. Plenty of other ppl having issue with it, mine included. Mine will run for a while fine until it backs up, and manages to leak all of the water all over the place. Really bad product and for 70 dollars they should all be functioning properly.

Great fountain but trap door not secure
Fountain is great, but it has a sliding door on the back and my snake figured how to open it.. now he is stuck inside.. I would recommend a lock of some kind for the back..

Looks very nice but not good at shipping and handling
I purchased two of these, one for each of my dragons. One of them came in perfect condition, the second one came with a big chunk missing and a bunch of other small pieces broken of. I was sent a replacement and you can tell the one I was sent was probably returned by someone else. The shipping box was in great condition, but the product package was ripped open and torn and banged up. The fountain itself was in better shape than the other but had leaks. Instead of sending it back I just sucked it up and sprayed it with flex seal and itâs working perfect. Amazon is sending out too many damaged products

Cheap Garbage
This a cheaply made product that is frankly not safe for smaller reptiles as there are many holes for them to get stuck in or behind. The plastic decor and motor for the water fall is grotesquely cheap and non functional. I cannot even stand to have it in my reptile enclosure and cannot wait to either return it or throw it in the trash. Such garbage.

Bigger than expected!
Full size adult bearded dragon for scale. Excuse the incomplete set up – we were just exploring our new setup. My beardie is a rescue, Iâve had him for 4 years and have never seen him drink from that standard bowl I had for him before. Iâve been worried about his water intake and tried to increase veggies to compensate. Within seconds of running this fountain, he jumped on it and drank! He loves exploring/climbing on it. Personally, I like the running water sound & the lights arenât harsh. Happy with purchase so far. Came in tact, not damaged.

My beardie totally fell in love with this! Set up was a breeze (put in, fill up, plug in) and his entire home became super cool-looking instantly. The added benefit is that Laszlo’s enclosure is now at a perfect level of humidity. He’s gone in it drink a couple of times but his favourite thing is to lie under one of the waterfalls and let the water cascade off his back. I recommend setting the device in some sort of a low container to prevent spillage (if your beardie does like mine and loves to feel the water cascade off him). Without some sort of tray, the water can drip off your critter and onto his floor.

*Update: Still awesome. The LEDs are super bright and the water sound was kind of loud…. so I filled it with some rocks and its stunning. Watch the video. This thing is awesome. For everyone complaining about pump noise or malfunction. Make sure the pump is placed correctly with the suction cups down in the deepest/furthest spot in the reservoir. With a little careful maneuvering I got mine just right and its silent and water flow is excellent. Also make sure the pump is turned up… there is a switch on the pump itself. Anyways. I hope this thing lasts long for my baby ball python.

We bought this fountain at the end of April for a lizard terranium that we were just setting-up. We had to wait to use it as the lizard was too small, and we were worried she would get stuck in the eyes, so we were not smart on our part, and did not try this fountain until last week. We read all instructions, and set it up, and it looked and worked great. The next morning the pump had quit, and will not turn back on. I have read in the reviews that this is a common occurrence with this fountain!! And, now our exchange window is closed through Amazon. What a waste of $100!!! ðð¤¬

Very nice looking fountain, access door on the back is just a loose piece, have to glue it to keep closed. LED lights look very slick, but one was burnt out when we got it, but too late to return it.
