Controls Insects Very Well
Talak 7.9% is a great product! It does exactly what it’s supposed to do â controls insects effectively and reliably. After using it, I saw a noticeable difference, and there was no need to call an exterminator. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a strong, dependable insect control solution.

Works great. 2oz, mixed as instructed, covered the perimeter of single story 2,400sf home and insects were dead the next morning and kept showing up dead for a few days after. Will apply once a month now.

Part of a fast and effective treatment for fleas
This is a dual review for both Talak and Nixlo (both by Atticus). This past summer the many feral animals that run through our back yard caused a major flea infestation. We’d never seen anything like it- I could walk 15 feet and look down and my white socks were covered with dozens of tiny black fleas. We had tried products by Cutter and Black Flag to almost no success. I bought a portable sprayer and a bottle each of Talak (for adult pests) and Nixlo (for the eggs). I mixed the two together (in their recommended water concentrations) and sprayed the back yard a single time. Boom, no more fleas! It’s been at least three weeks and we are still flea-free!

Doesn’t work on everything but that is expected.
Have the right expectations using this. IT DOES work, but not on everything. It doesn’t work on spiders. Use sticky traps for those. Doesn’t work on these little tiny bugs that are roughly a millimeter long that hatch every summer for one week, are everywhere, then disappear. Honestly works quite well on everything else. You’ll see the dead bugs everywhere by your doorway when you use it. I’d recommend it. Follow the advice of the experts and rotate between this and another insecticide to prevent resistance.
