Nice design for mealworms breeding but bigger will be better.
The box is perfectly designed for breeding mealworm/superworm/giantworm. The mesh in the middle with great grid size so their eggs can go through and hatched on the basement.All quality is good, easy to open and close. They also bundled with cleaning brush and tweezers which also very useful because you will need to clean the mesh often so it won’t clog.There is a bag of bran shipping with the box but I am not sure if they did it on purpose because there are a lot of small beetles(red flour beetles maybe) in there but I am very sure it wasn’t mentioned in the package. I will assume they did it on purpose because it’s like small mealworm with similar life cycle but it’s still better mentioned about it. Someone may be not that careful open the bag and a diaster might happened.Other than that, this is a great package well designed if you don’t want to spend time making your own breeding box. Though it’s very small so you will need to have few boxes if you need a bigger quantity of mealworm.
