This is not Durable
The material was mediocre at best. It had directions that came with tools but you end up basically building two sides to a table, that are kept together with wooden pegs not even glues and screws holding onto the carpet mesh.You can see the staples throughout the hardened yarn type legs.I actually got this for my huskies because they like to scratch like a cat. But the quality isn’t too durable for a full size cat, let alone a husky. But I will see how long it will last scratching the post or give it to my friend who has a kitten.It would be better if the wood on top and the bottom was one board instead of two.Cute idea, but made with cheaper components than I thought.

Easy to assemble
I thought that this would slide over the arm which is where our orange tabby likes to scratch. It doesn’t, but that is my bad. The item picture clears shows it next to the arm protecting the couch side. It took about 20 minutes to assemble. The instructions are very clear. Our orange tabby like to lay on the platform. I wish that I could have gotten a picture of him there. The cats have begun to scratch on it which is great. It has a good amount of weight so it will stay in place and means that it feels nice and sturdy. This is a nice looking side table. If your cats are scratching on the side of your couch this will look good, protect the side of your couch, and likely be a good value.

Cheap not worth the cost.
Left or right is decided from sitting on the couch. The pictures do not depict this properly. Itâs also super cheap and unstable feeling. Not worth the cost in my opinion. Plus it came with a stain on the scratch pad.

This does not wrap around the arm of your sofa as much as pictured. Pros; easy to assemble, good quality, my cats love it, perfect size and good use as an end table, plenty of places to scratch, very functional. 1 Con: my cats can still scratch the arm of my sofa because it does not wrap around enough. Recommend as long as you know the limitations.

Cat Scratching Table
I bought this for my kitties so they’d have a low spot to stretch their claws and a handy step-up to their window seats. I was initially super excited about the concept, but the reality was disappointing. My frustration started during assemblyâit was a pain to build. Once finished, the table is simply not sturdy or stable. It feels so cheap that I would never dare to place anything on it. For the low quality of the materials, I feel it’s overpriced. However, the cats’ opinion is entirely different: they absolutely love it! They flocked to it immediately and genuinely use the scratcher several times daily. Because my pets love it, I can only call it an “okay” purchase, but I strongly feel the product needs a major upgrade in stability and materials to justify its cost.

Sofa saver
This protector is a lifesaver for our sofa! It was easy to install and the material is tough enough to withstand my cat’s scratching attempts. It blends into the couch much better than I expected. My cat took a couple of days to adjust, but now leaves the couch alone, Essential for pet owners who want to keep their furniture looking nice.
