That is last works for at least a year
I bought these March 7 2023. I just found where I bought them here on Amazon. I done remember when they quit working but I have them out of my pond for several months now and it 3/1/24. So YES !For a few months I did enjoy pond and it beautiful lighting. I was even going to purchase more to go down the other side then they quit working. And I wasnât about to buy from the same company I bought from last time since they donât last long. So Iâm on look out for more lights. I have since added a new pond and have plans to make another bigger one for my Goldfish. So I will be needing more lights soon

These are so cool. Bought a second set. Showed my neighbor and she loved them too.UPDATE 9/15/25 – Battery died on one set, the other still working fine throughout the entire night. Looking for replacement batteries now. Still love these little lights.

Updated review:Lasted 2 months then first one of the color just stopped, I had my lights (3 sets) set on green color so it’s consistent across the 5000 gallon pond. I had put in so much effort going into the pond, hiding cables and setting them strategically under rocks. I tried to contact product support and Amazon guided me to the troubleshooting guide that does not talk about color issues.Then one of the light sets started losing charge, while others lasted for 6 to 8 hours on sunny days, one (not the one with color issue) started turning off after 2 hours. I cleaned the solar panels, but nothing changed. I can’t get a replacement, can’t return, and am now stuck so I’ll have to buy a different product and go into the pond and take this out and put a different one. Not happy really. I was so thrilled about this product but if it can’t last even one full season, it’s a complete loss. Sorry.Original review:I got one set, felt I need more so got another and then got a other one to complete the pond with a full 360 lights. Love the feature to have them all set on the same color. Also since I watch my pond from my deck at night, it helped to point the lights downwards, because if it is up the light refracts on the surface making the surface look like a solid object and add reflection, but by pointing down I can see my fish at night which is such a beautiful feeling. After a sunny day, lights with thru the night.

Not DOA, but needed two days in full sun to be alive.
I received it today, charged in the full sun for 6 hours, and it will not turn on.Update:I requested the replacement, and it was shipped quickly. As I was packing the previous lights – they came to life.They probably needed two days to charge.Well, I decided to keep both sets. They work fine.However, they should come with at least a partially charged battery, and I wish there was feedback when I pressed the on button for 5 seconds, like a light blinking momentarily. Otherwise, there is no indication that the light is on as long as there is ambient light. I am changing my review from one to four stars.

Ok for a while…
I’ve had mine for just over a yr and they won’t work anymore… when we first got them they were perfect, pretty lights, good material not flimsy or cheaply made… about 3 months ago they started going out, they were spotty for a while, one day on the next off so I thought maybe they weren’t getting enough sun but now they’ve completely stopped working and I even changed the position so they were getting sun all day long… im pretty disappointed because we had them in our waterfall and it was so gorgeous at night… now its just blah… I thought we’d atleast get 2 or 3 yrs out of them before having to buy another set…

Put them in a home built waterfall feature.
Have had these for over a month. Put them inside metal pails that I used to create a waterfall effect. I also bought a solar powered water pump and the waterfall is fed from a rain collection system from my down spout. You could say the whole thing is off-grid. :-)The lights have been under water the whole time and still function normally. They are bright and light up the area of the waterfall even from inside the pails. I only get 1/2 a day of sun to re-charge the lights where I have this sitting, but that is enough to keep these on well into the night. I think 1am is the latest I stayed up to watch. Really enjoy as they change color every 10 seconds or so.

Itâs brilliant ,colourfully and bright. Very calming, and excellent ambient. Sit back relax and enjoy the changing colours among the flowing waterfall. The colour reflect in the backdrop of the soft sound of the water fall is calming and beautifulâ¦â¦excellent combination. I love it and enjoy it immensely.
