My tortoises favorite treat. From the first bite, when we first got them from our neighbor who was just going to leave them outside when they moved, it has been their go to comfort food, celebration treat, gluttonous binge food, go to snack, and everything in between. If it is offered they take it over hay, lettuce, grass, watermelon, veggies, pretty much everything expected hibiscus plants. A freshly planted hibiscus bush is always their first choice. But this, this is second and thatâs pretty good.They come running when they see it getting poured into their bowl with a little water for them. Faster than when they see brightly colored toesâ¦iykyk.Itâs easy to use. Is affordable enough. Decent quality, even has little veggie bits. Not what I use every day but I do mix it in there every once in a while and theyâve both grown from babies to 15-20 pounds tiny tanks.
