I’M SO GLAD I GOT IT!!Heads Up: Before leaving a negative review about this product or seller see my TIPS for pre use.• Everything came nicely packaged.• Everything ordered was included, no parts missing.TIPS • • • RINCE ALL ITEMS OFF TO REMOVE THE FINE NATURAL PRODUCT DUST BEFORE USE.• BEFORE PUTTING THE END-CAPS ON THE BROWN VINE, RINCE THE BROWN VINE WITH THE 2 OPEN ENDS HANGING DOWN. YOU CAN STRAIGHTEN THE VINE A BIT BEFORE RINCING SO THE ENDS DON’T CURL UPWARD ALLOWING WATER TO RUN INSIDE THE VINE. AVOID LETTING WATER GETTING INSIDE THE VINES SO THAT WHEN YOU PUT THE CAP-ENDS ON IT WILL NOT TRAP WATER INSIDE AND BECOME MOLDY.• WIPE OR RINCE AND AND DRY THE END-CAPPS FOR THE BROWN VINE.• RINCE THE LEAF VINE IN A BUCKET FIRST TO REMOVE LIGHT DYE FOR 2-3 MINUTES THEN UNDER RUNNING WATER FOR A MINUTE BECAUSE IT DOES HAVE SOME LIGHT DYE THAT WILL COMPLETELY RINCE OUT WHEN RINCED. THIS WAY IT WILL NOT SPLASH COLOR ON YOU/YOUR THINGS. IT EASILY RINSES OUT COMPLETELY.• RINCE EVEN THE SUCTION CUPS. IF THEY DON’T STICK IT’S BECAUSE THEY NEED TO BE RINCED OFF. THEN THEY STICK VERY WELL, PROVIDED THE SURFACES YOU’RE STICKING THEM TO IS CLEAN AS WELL… COMMON SENSE RIGHT? NOT THE SELLERS FAULT OR PRODUCT.• RINCE THE FLEXIBLE STICKS AND SET IT ASIDE TO DRY.• THE HEMP MAT COMES FOLDED IN THIRDS. IT WILL EASILY RELAX IF YOU RINCE THE HEMP MAT. DO NOT SOAK IT! JUST A THOROUGH RINCING FRONT AND BACK, GIVE IT A GENTLESHAKE TO LET OFF EXCESS WATER. THEN YOU CAN LAY IT FLAT ON A TOWEL OR HANG/CLIP THE MAT ONTO A PANTS HANGER TO REMOVE SHIPPING FOLD CREASES AND IT WILL DRY WITH NO FOLD CREASES.• SKIPPING THESE STEPS IS NOT THE SELLER OR PRODUCT ISSUE • • •• Hemp has a beautiful Zen smell. It’s not “wierd”. The quality is great, thick and strong. Big enough for a cat even.• The flexible sticks are very sucurly wired wit non-rusting wire. It holds shape well but is not too ridged to bend or too soft and holds position nicely.• The brown vine is a nice realistic, life-like texture. It feels very much like a real vine surface. Inside it has what appears to be an aluminum wire that adds to it’s stiffness. The wire is medium resistance when straight but increases resistance slightly when curled or bent. It can be easily slid out and replaced with a more rigid wire if you wand more hold. I think that’s a nice feature to be able to replace the wire to whatever you prefer or remove any part or all of it so it can swing!• There are two end caps for the ends of the brown vine. They fit snuggly over the ends and do not slip off easily.• The green leaf vine is longer than the Brown Vine so that when you wrap it around it doesn’t end up too short at the end. The leaves are soft and I think that’s a nice combination for other plants in my enclosure that the leaves are much harder. So softer leaves were a nice touch. However, the leaves have been reported in reviews as having dye green dye that when you rinse them can splash droplets of green dye all over whatever you’re rinsing them in as well as possibly your clothing which happened to me, but it did not stain. The dye that comes out is light colored not dark so it is best to fill a bucket or a bowl with water and put the leave fine in there after the water has already filled it. Rinse them with your hand agitating the water gently and pour it out and refill it a couple of times then you can hold it under running water for another minute and let it drip dry and it will not drip any dye anymore. Let them dry before using them.• There are 4 strands (several inches long) of jute twine supplied.• There are 6 medium suction cup clips for securing the brown vine to glass or plexiglass surfaces . They fit snugly to the vine and stick very well to my glass enclosure wall without budging or falling off.• There are 8 larger suction cups with nubs on the back the have a threading hole through the nubs to thread the twine strands through so you can attach them to the hemp mat and flexible sticks and hang them. These suction cups stick really well without budging or falling off.• The suction cups provided are good quality compared to some big store brands I’ve purchased and thrown away. They work very well provided you’ve rinced and dried the sucker surface and apply them to a clean surface.OVER ALL I THINK THIS PACKAGE WAS A GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY. MY TOADS WERE INSTANTLY MORE LIVELY, NO EXAGGERATION, THEY’VE REMAINED MORE ACTIVE AND INTERESTED IN THEIR ENVIRONMENT THAN ANY ENRICHMENT THINGS IVE USED BEFORE!THE MAT SMELLS SO BEAUTIFULLY HERBAL, FILLING MY ROOM WITH THE MOST ZEN FRAGRANT ATMOSPHERE THAT EVEN I FEEL UPLIFTED BY IT AND WANT TO START USING HEMP PRODUCTS TO MAINTAIN THAT PLEASANT BUT NOT OVERPOWERING NATURAL SMELL IN MY HOME!GETTING THIS PRODUCT UNEXPECTEDLY IMPROVED MY TOADIES LIVES AND LIVENED UP MY ROOM/LIVING AREA TOO! A REALLY NICE EXPERIENCE. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMEND AND WOULD BUY AGAIN!!WHO KNEW?!

She loves it and she was on the log at first…great for bigger tank I cleaned it before use I don’t know why everyone is complaining about the smell and it is very durable.

Great Quality
All the item in the kit were well made. My Dragon loved the log hide-away so much I had to remove. He buried under for 3 days. Once he discovered other areas of his tank I put back. Your reptile will love this, buy it now!

Great for larger habitats
I have a 75 gal tank. This worked so great for my bearded dragon. She is loving running around and using every part of her habitat now! Great thick material for the hammock. Only thing is the suction cups are not that great but it’s workable and utilized string to hang. Overall great product for great price!!
