Pay attention to the dimensions
I feel like this would totally work for goats or smaller animals. I got this with horses in mind, didn’t check the dimensions, and found it a bit small for horses. My expectations do not make this lesser. It seems to be pretty solidly made. And will make a small snack for a large horse.

Good for goats
I bought this for my Nigerian dwarf goats and it works as intended. I guess if I had to say I have a favorite hay net this would be itâ¦Iâve gone through a few different style hay nets looking for the best one for my goaties. I donât notice as much waste as I have with the net style. I also worry less about their hooves and legs getting stuck in the net.If youâre looking for a hay net for a larger animal – you may want to keep looking because this one is fairly small and doesnât fit a ton of hay – maybe a flake. If thatâs all you need, then great. But it doesnât hold a lot of hay.

Good quality but not very big. Only holds 1 flake of hay does work good for trailering where not much hay is needed but a pain when at shows and have to keep refilling 1 at a time.

These are durable. They are a great size for a few goats. They can hold a fair amount of hay. Great price on three bags.

Nice set
Reasonably well constructed. I like the small holes to prevent my goats from tearing out big chunks and wasting them on the floor. But if your goats are like mine, they just switch to eating out of the top if you can’t place it high enough up. The open top does make it easy to fill however. Decently sized to hold a good amount of hay. Strap is a touch long for my purposes, but better too long than too short! Overall happy with these travel purposes.
