GuruNanda Pulling Oil Mouthwash is a natural, pre-brush rinse inspired by Ayurvedic wisdom. It comes in an 8 fl oz bottle & includes a tongue scraper and Butter on Gums toothbrush.
It contains MCT fractionated coconut oil, essential oils (Tea Tree, Peppermint, Clove, Oregano, Fennel, Spearmint, & Cardamom), & Vitamins D3, E, and K2. Hydrophobic & lipid-inspired, it enhances your oral care routine.
GuruNanda Pulling Oil provides up to 12 hours of fresh breath, & promotes gum hygiene. Designed to complement brushing, flossing, and rising, this oil pulling adds a preventive layer to your oral care routine.
Pour 10-15ml of pulling oil into the provided measuring cup. Swish for 2 minutes, & gradually increase to 10 minutes. Discard the oil in the trash to avoid clogging pipes. Use on an empty stomach every morning for optimal results.

What I LIKE:*A complete starter kit to get you in the habit even including a toothbrush cover:)Why I bought this: I used to do oil pulling when I had more time during the pandemic and loved the results. Iâve since gotten busy and stopped, but lately Iâve noticed plaque and Iâm scared a cavity:( I used to use regular virgin coconut oil and add essential oils to it, but this seemed like such a nice all in one kit to get me back into the habit. I also misplaced my tongue scraper, and this comes with one.The way I plan to use it as recommended by any Ayurvedic blog or Pinterest account:1.oil pulling in the mornings on unbrushed teeth2. Follow with tongue scraping3 brush my teeth with a homemade toothpaste powder.ð¦·ðª¥I guess any toothpaste would work but I use this approximate recipe because itâs super easy to make, CHEAP! way cheaper than natural pastes that almost always contain fillers and stevia etc., allows me to play with flavor and ingredients based on my needs that week or however big a batch I make.)*equal parts Redmondâs Bentonite Clay*and Himalayan or Redmondâs Real Salt*a generous pinch of clove*and cinnamon powders(if u donât have powder, use those essential oils)*and then several drops of whatever eo. I definitely like to add a few drops of FENNEL eo because it adds natural sweetness and freshens breath without adding sugar or stevia. Peppermint, citrus, and oregano are other good options to include. Theives already contains the clove and cinnamon.)ð¸ I will edit this review with pictures once I have used the product for a while. But in the past, I have noticed visible whitening plaque removal and cavity healing using these methods and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the practice of oil pulling and getting away from mainstream/fluoride toothpaste!What I DONâT like about Guru Nanda pulling oil:*It contains Stevia which is heavily processed and unnecessary to me. This brand is so generous! Like everything bc I bought brings a lot of surprises âºï¸. But most importantly, the products are great!!I love the brush, so gentle in my receding gums. The tongue scraper is a game changer. The oil pulling is also very pleasant. And the toothpaste works well! The only thing is I have felt a change in my mouthâs ecosystem, not sure if itâs due to the change in product from regular toothpaste and the oil pulling or if itâs just my system overall. I feel little more dry mouth and a different smell and taste when I wake up. Has anyone experienced this?
