Recommended – Conduct Heat to Floor or Outer Wall of Enclosure – Will Not Melt Nor Burn – Wall Power
Really worth the money. Worked well as a heat supplement to my rodent cage. I zip tied the pad to one side of the cage and it provided heat, through the wire, kept the babies warm while mother nursed them. I used the bubble wrap to insulate the outside of the pad under the zip ties.This could be used in many ways, under a glass or plastic enclosure or on the outer wall of an enclosure. There is no included attachment method, just a plastic sheet with embedded heating element and long plug. The wire to the plug is about four feet or so.Not suitable for use inside an enclosure, due to the electrical wire, with household current. Very convenient if used under an enclosure or mounted to one side wall of an enclosure. Mine was zip tied to wire mesh on the side of the enclosure. Working well, it provides good heat that doesn’t burn. It gets hot to the touch but not burning hot, just warm enough to conduct heat to anything it touches. Great price and very useful for its intended use.Highly recommended.

Good price and works as expected
I won a hermit crab at a county fair and then learn that thereâs a little more involved if I didnât want it to die. This was perfect for its small tank and heâs obviously much happier. When I sprint the tank it helps create a nice humid environment as well. It is , but that is all I needed. I found it to be a good value for the cost.

Long lasting
This exceeded my expectations. We have been using this now for almost a year. It works great and keeps the hermit crab cozy warm. I didnât know how long it would last since it was so inexpensive. We have had it plugged in continuously since we purchased it several months ago and itâs still going strong.

Worked Great, Until it Didn’t
This worked great until it didn’t. The heat level was perfect and it was small enough that it covered just enough of the tank to allow a warm area and a cool area. The cord was extra long, but wrapped up neatly. I had it for 2 months and it simply quit working. Luckily, I have the Amazon warranty that covers (most) everything I buy and was able to get it replaced. Going to actually try another of the same. It worked that well that I’m hoping this is just a one off unit that went bad.

Didn’t work for my need
Bought this to put under a small beta fish bowl. Didn’t warm it at all. It didn’t seem to get very warm and is quite flimsy. But may work fine as intended. So worth trying if that’s what you need it for.

I like the compact size
I like the small size and light weight. Iâm using it for baby sulcatas. I have a pocket I made with insulation and taped to the side then slid this in. They like to sleep by it. I am also using a thermostat

Perfect for my needs
I was looking for something super small to put under a sea monkey terrarium in a jar. This works perfectly. It is small and discrete, lies flat and has a decently long cord.
