Attractive cat scratching post!
Really attractive cat scratcher! Now if I could get my cat to use it!

Cats like it, not stable
Easy to install and the babies are already scratching the post. Took about 10ish minutes Max. Itâs not very tall or stable. I know it will tip over and discourage my little ones but hopefully I can find a good spot. A thin rug underneath helps. My boyfriend said he would add an extra board if needed.

Great product!
It took a few days for my cats to realize it was a stretching post because it looks different than the traditional rope scratchers. It is well made, a good height, doesnât wobble, and is easy to put together. I love the wood accents but wish they offered replacement blocks. As with any cardboard scratcher, it makes a mess but my cats absolutely love it and it saves my furniture.

Nice Compact and Lightweight Scratching Post for Kittens
This scratching post is best suited for kittens or very small cats, given its compact size and lightweight cardboard construction. Unfortunately, my medium-sized adult cat showed no interest in it, even after I tried enticing him with toys and catnip.While I haven’t tested it with a kitten, it seems like it would be a fun and suitable option for younger or less aggressive scratchers. That said, the material doesn’t feel especially durable, so I doubt it would hold up to regular use by larger or more active cats.One thing I do appreciate is the neutral color scheme. Overall, itâs a decent choice if youâre buying for a kitten or small adult cat, if you can get them to use it.

This cardboard cat scratcher is easy to assemble and my cat loves using it constantly
Recently, I have gotten a cat. She has been very good. She hasn’t scratched at any of the furniture, and I hope she continues to stay that way. However, she does have a couple cat houses around the home, and in those cat houses, there are areas for her to scratch at. Throughout the day, she runs on over to those to do so. When I saw this cardboard cat scratching post, I thought it was neat because it’s not a huge unit, but it’s perfect to place and move around the home if you choose to.So, I ordered it, and when it came in, I looked it over to make sure there was no damage to it. The wooden base, the wooden topâ – perfect. The blocks came in with no issues, no damage whatsoever. It wasn’t hard to put together. Once I put it together, I placed it in the room where she spends the most time, but I have no cat house there. She goes up to it constantly and scratches at it, which I love. She loves using it, which is great.The time it took to put it together was very small. I think it took me about five minutes to do so, and my cat immediately fell in love with it. The base and top are well made, and it’s easy to install and move around. I highly recommend this one.

Nice quality, easy to assemble, but could be more stable!
This was so easy to assemble, and it’s nice quality. The handle is a nice touch, makes it easy to move around. My cats love cardboard scratchers, but have never had one that’s a post. So they where hesitant at first, I find some catnip or catnip spray is always helpful, to get them to use new stuff. The only negative is, that while they did include a piece of wood, that makes the bottom the weighted, it’s still not stable, because it’s only on the bottom. My cats will go to scratch it, and it will start to tip, and they get a little nervous. I will see if I can add something to make it more stable for them. Otherwise it’s nice a scratching post.

I ordered the CHEERHOME PETS Cardboard Cat Scratching Post for my two cats, Bella and Spunky Brewster, and it has become one of their favorites.The post stands about 24 inches tall, with a sturdy wooden base measuring 11 x 11 inches for stability. The post itself is built from six brown and five white corrugated cardboard blocks, each about 4.5 inches wide and 2 inches thick. The blocks can be stacked in any order, allowing you to customize the look, and a strong felt handle on top makes the post easy to move. Assembly was straightforward and took less than five minutes.The design is both functional and attractive. Its Scandinavian-inspired style – clean lines, natural materials, and neutral colors – blends seamlessly with home décor. Unlike other scratching posts that stick out, this one looks stylish enough to keep in the main living area.Both of my cats were drawn to it immediately. They scratch after meals, after treats, and even like to chew on the blocks. The cardboard thickness holds up far better than other scratchers weâve tried, which usually shred within a week or two. While the base has been widened for stability, it does wobble slightly during more enthusiastic scratching sessions, although it has never tipped over.One detail I appreciate is the replaceable cardboard blocks.
