Absolutely wonderful support for a dropped fetlock
Have a horse with a dropped rear fetlock that sheâs had for some time. Wanted to give that fetlock added support when riding her. This support is fantastic! The support around her dropped fetlock is amazing. So glad I decided to on getting this particular one!

Accurate sizing, good materials, great protection
Accurate sizing, good materials, great protection:This product fits as well as expected and doesn’t bother the horses when wearing, staying firmly in place and not draping down or coming off while using. The materials are pretty durable and haven’t shown much signs of wear and tear even after a couple months of using. The protection these provide is more than adequate and the shock absorbing pad works great. The color also adds some extra flair and looks cool.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.

Did not work for a playful horse in turnout
**Edited** to add – after I posted my review, the seller contacted me to see about making it right. Unfortunately these just aren’t the right boots for my horse for what I need them for, so the seller volunteered to give me a full refund immediately. It’s sellers like this that make life easy – and give me confidence to try their products in the future without worry. I will definitely try this seller in the future.Full disclosure, I bought these boots for turnout, because my horse was getting sores on the front of his fetlocks, and so few boots cover that area. I was using bedsore style boots on him, but he was destroying those in less than a month, so I thought these might work better, even though they cost twice as much. Well, that was not the case. He destroyed these in less than a week. Apparently he finds velcro fascinating and tries to undo it with his teeth, and ends up pulling the straps off and tearing the boot completely apart. If I were riding him in these boots, I’m sure they would be fine, since he would be otherwise occupied, but for this purpose, they were not the right choice. He just plays too hard.

Nice quality, and fitting boot
These boots are a little more heavy duty than the X-cool boots Iâve been using. They have a nice fit, stay in place and after using them I have only a small amount of arena sand in them which I like. I got white and even though they say stain resistant the wet red arena sand did stain them but only slightly and required a little extra cleaning. (I havenât found a white boot yet that doesnât stain though). A little oxy clean and a toothbrush got the stains out, so I hope I can keep these white. I felt like they offer good support but because they are more heavy duty, I would be careful about making sure they arenât left on a horseâs legs all day when showing on really hot summer days.
