Better than expected
I bought this to replace orchid bark for my tortoise, bark can get pretty messy over time so I decided to use a portion of this carpet on half the enclosure. It’s thicker than I expected. I thought it would be relatively thin but it’s almost half an inch thick, especially after absorbing water. For now I like it, too soon to know how tortoise feels about it but at least I’ll be able to spot poop easier on this. I also like that it’s one big piece that I can remove and rinse off every week to keep it clean.

Would be 5 stars if urine doesn’t leak through. The idea is cool but when my tortoise peed, the piss goes straight through and gets all underneath it and the pee spreads out all over the bottom of the of the enclosure. Was hoping it would soak up the pee. I had to put puppy pads underneath the sheets. Other than that its a good product. It holds humidity okay.

It’s ok. I had to pick pieces of plastic out of it before I could put it in with my tortoise because he eats EVERYTHING and that would have been dangerous. It also got moldy within a week, but I’m not really sure what I was expecting. I guess if you have a reptile who isn’t a curious eater, and the environment stays completely dry, this would be good.
