Good purchase
I haven’t used the pump in a real-life application yet. I just tested it with a bucket of water. But it worked fine. It pumps at a pretty good rate–about the same as a gasoline pump at a gas station. I ran it for about five minutes, and the motor did not feel hot afterward. The instructions were obviously written by a native English speaker and were easy to understand. Be sure to follow the instructions.

A solid contender in the booster pump world.
With this Tariff thing going on, I opted to not get a second Wayne PC4 booster pump. They’re $145.00 a pop and last for years if you will just unscrew the caps and replace your worn out brushes. I chose this Vevor pump due to it’s $80.00 price and a handful of decent reviews. I run the two pumps in line about 50 feet apart. I’m pulling water out of a small stream with a Superior Submersible 1/4 hp pump–also available on here and also a tough little unit. It too is in line with the other pumps. Sounds like a Rube Goldberg affair? Yes, But this ranch is off grid and we are often forced to think outside of the box. 250 feet of Gilmour 3/4″ commercial garden hose. This Vevor just adds a final, hefty push. Does it very well– by the way. It’s pretty quiet; it may not purr– but it whirrs right along. I’ve run it in this configuration for 10-12 hours. No leaks, no issues. Not ready to give it a 5 star.

Internal part failure
Purchased this pump after research and found it should meet our needs for recycling water in our pond on a short term basis to help oxygenate. Primed before every use per instructions. Ran this pump 3 times no problems for 1 hr. 4th time pump ran for 27 mins and shutdown. During troubleshooting, plastic pieces fell out of pump housing. The entire impeller broke apart. Never ran dry, all filters cleaned, never ran over 1 hour per use.

Works good
I bought this pump to use with Python water changing system. Normally you just connect it to a sink and use the water pressure to gravel vac the tank. Since I have 40 tanks, I waste a lot of water doing it that way. I have this pump dumping into a stand pipe drain. I connect the python to the suction side and gravel vac my tanks. I have the pump connected to a smart plug so that I can stop and start the pump with Alexa. The pump makes all kinds of noises ( these rubber impeller pumps are just that way) it works well, and is much faster than the siphon way of cleaning the tanks. I am happy with it.

Good pump minor gremlins
I use this pump to pump water out of a cistern to water my yard. It is a powerful little pump and worth what I paid for it. My only issue with it is the plug for the primer hole. I am not sure who designed this thing but it most certainly doesn’t work as designed. The pressure created by the pump blows the plug straight up and out and anyone standing nearby gets a shower (in some not so pleasant water). Customer service was on point when I asked for a replacement for the first one. However, the second one did the same thing. So, I ended up going to Ace hardware and bought a screw in, brass replacement plug (from the plumbing department) and wrapped it with teflon tape. Again, so far, so good. But, if the manufacturer would do something different it would sure work better. My suggestion is to include a brass plug with each pump.

This rocks!
Extremely satisfied with this pump! It moves water quickly. I haul in water to our property in IBC totes and transfer to other totes and time is of the essence. Drastically cut down my transfer time. The build quality is excellent.

This little pump does the job it is supposed to and it works very well. I am pleased with this products performanceâ¦However, do not buy an extended warranty and the manufacturers warranty is null and void if you use it outdoors⦠as it is advertised for.I contacted Vevor for a week and a bit before using the product after I received it because it is advertised ( I provided two pictures, but you can see the advertised uses on the websites) for outdoor use showing and stating good for rain barrels, ponds, pools etc. however, the manual and the label on the actual pump state it is for indoor use only. I was asking Vevor, if they would honour the warranty of the product failed, while I was using it for the exact things they advertise this pump for.I state again⦠it is a very good product. Vevor was awesome in the solution they offered me. However, anyone purchasing, at least this particular product, needs to be aware that what the product is advertised for, voids the warranty. It is not for outdoor use. Things like pools etc advertised, the manual literally states it is not to be used for these purposes. So one last time⦠this is a great little product. I intend to use it for as long as it lasts. Buyer beware though, it is not meant for what it is advertised for and if used for such purposes, your warranty is null and void, if the product were to fail.Pages in the manual I have pictures of but I canât see the writing as itâs too small so I donât want to add pictures when I am not sure it is the correct photos. However you can see the manuals online for the product if you look it up

Pump works very good like expected. The first time I tried it I had an issue with it, I contacted the company and they fixed my issue by sending me the defective part at no charge and in decent time. They kept me informed all the time as to where was the part and tracking number. All in all very satisfied with the pump. I have different stuff from vevor and all satisfied of them all. Thanks
