Works great
I have used this controller for a little over a month now. I have it wired up to a heat lamp and humidifier for my snake enclosure. I had to calibrate the accuracy at first to match my hydrometer. It has held the temp and humidity perfectly and is very easy to read. Only down side is you have to have some electrical knowledge because it comes with wires that need to be soldered or spliced to the elements you are controlling. I used some old extension cords and cut the ends off the make it work.

Just go with the inkbird! U may think ur saving$ by going this route but…
U are not! Takes time to fit the plugs, install sensor, programming the thing, etc. I hate monopolies or products that seem to be the only practical choice for any given task,but in this case: the dam inkbird is the only RELIABLE option . Which, in hindsight, is the only reason I tried this alternative. Lol. So as I’m repacking it to return, I’m kicking myself for being the “frugal”( aka cheap) sob that I am.lmao. live ,ya learn. The 1 positive aspect of this product is the instructions. I got A LOT of entertainment and laughs out of the instructions pamphlet. Clearly written by someone with English as their 12th language. I enjoyed the instructions thoroughly, just wish the product would’ve lasted tho.Aside from what others have already stated, this thing is junk. Within a week of use: output for humidity controls stopped working. Which means that it turned into a $25 hygrometer, which is NOT acceptable on any level. Seems that it’s becoming harder and harder to find anything that is actually productive on this platform.

Great controller for temp / humidity.
My wife is a master gardener. She’s really into Dahlia’s and overwinters hundreds of tubers. These are very sensitive to environment, they can’t freeze, but if too warm they sprout. Without the right humidity they either dry out or rot. Very sensitive. Being the good husband I’m building an environmental chamber for these. The KT100 is controlling a pair of outlets, one for a small heater (ceramic personal heater), the other for a humidifier. These go into a large chamber made of rigid foam insulation board. She hasn’t used it yet over the winter, but I’m confident I can control the temperature and humidity to her specs. I tested this in the refrigerator and the controller does exactly what its supposed to do. Wish me luck, big husband points if this works well….

Well it caught on fire!
Worked great for about 5 hatches, I have chicks set to hatch Friday and this morning the controller fried a power strip before melting down and shorting to the fridge! Use caution and have running in a common place!

The thermostat literally sucks it doesnât ever stay consistent. Iâve bought and tested ALLLOOOT of these because I love how I can set to the 10th of degree but I finally gave after so many failures and went to a different product.

I almost lost an entire growwith this pice of crap. please nobody buy this thing. It will not work. Will not hold a temperature. Its difficult to program. If you value your property don’t buy this. There instructions are too vague to be understood. It flat doesn’t work. Buy something esles. Don’t waste your money
