Love these filters
I really like these sponge filters. I have bought a number of these filters in different sizes for my aquariums. I have smaller fish and shrimp in my tanks and feel that these are safer for them. The shrimp also like to sit on them and feast off of them. They also give off oxygen so you don’t need to buy additional air stones for the tank. They are less messy than the regular over the tank water filter but may not be as effective, but I prefer them. Also, you don’t have to keep buying additional filter cartridges. When you clean them, just pull off the sponge, rinse it under water, then reattach. You can use the same sponge for quite a while. When it’s time to replace, I just replace the entire unit since it is reasonably priced. These come in a variety of sizes so you have them for most sized tanks. They also make little to no noise. Remember though that you will need an air pump for these. But they are not that expensive and last for quite a while.

Good Filter
The kit arrived safely. There were small amounts of white powder – acceptable. Good filter. It sits securely at the bootom of my tank. So far it has functioned well.

When I opened the box the balls in the filer came flying out there were probably 100 balls in the floor for me to clean up I donât know that it even usable now.

J’ai reçu ce filtre éponge usager la boîte était tout défaite et du sable dans la boîte et puis le tuyau ne fonctionne pas il est trop petit alors c’est pas le bon mais il fonctionne bien
