Customers say
Customers find these butterworms to be healthy and of good quality, serving as a good bearded dragon food source. They appreciate the size of the worms. However, there are mixed experiences with worm arrival – while some customers report receiving live worms, others received dead ones. Additionally, the survival rate upon arrival is poor, with nearly half arriving very dead.

Very Impressed
I’ve ordered butter worms through Josh’s Frogs a few times and they’ve always been big, healthy worms. This time they even delivered in some pretty cold temps but they seem just as good. They are also bigger than what I can normally get when my local store has them. I’m very impressed and will continue to order!

Was great, last three D.O.A.
After getting one batch where worms turned up all dead, second batch where worms turned up almost all dead, and third batch (was only sent one replacement for first two) where worms turned up more than half dead, I am out over $50 with no faith in this product or seller at the moment.

Butterworms were delivered fresh and lively…
I’ve ordered these butterworms several times and am never disappointed. Butterworms are always fresh, lively and keep my Arachnids well fed and healthy…Josh’s frogs is my “go to” suppliers ofLive feeders.

Disappointed by how many are dead.
I really like butter worms as a treat feeder for my reptiles. I am disappointed in this package. These guys cost about a dollar a worm so to find nearly half very dead, like they’ve been dead a long time, is frustrating. I feel like every dead one is a dollar’s worth of product. Not good.

Looked Great at Arrival
Due to their activity level my Leo wasnt as interested so I had to put in clear carrier with heat mat so he would finally pay some attention. He liked them once trying and all seemed to have been alive upon opening. I’m starting to really get into Joshs Frogs supply!
