Keeps the big birds out.
We always feed the birds, but the little ones get bullied by the big ones. So, I bought these to stop the bullying. It works. The little ones love it. They can empty it in one day! Now I have to take it in to stop them from consuming so much. The seed is not cheap. These are great and a great price

Birds Are Not Contortionists!
Originally, I thought these bird feeders looked great and are easy to refill. However, I watched as the birds began pecking on the plastic because the feeding holes, with small perches below the feeding holes, are not configured well. When I watched the birds pecking on the plastic after twisting their little heads to try and get the bird food, I threw both feeders out. Bird are not contortionists!

Donât buy if you have squirrels.
Do not buy if you have squirrels. Within 2 weeks, they chewed right through the plastic. Iâm sad because I really like these. Easy to fill and the birds were really enjoying them.Think I can get a refund? lol. Darn it.

The birds love it
We get mostly finches and chickadees at these feeders. Harder for the larger birds to access, so levels the playing field a bit for the little ones. An occasional woodpecker will hang upside down on the bottom to access it but not frequently. Youâll need a funnel to fill it. My handy husband made one out of an empty plastic mouthwash bottle. Good quality for the price.
