Definitely recommend
Great quality especially for the price.Has rubber feet to keep from sliding around on smooth floors. One of the rotating green pieces is a little hard to turn, but didnât stop my cat from getting into itIâve only used dry treats so far, but I imagine cleaning would be fairly easy by just wiping, maybe rinsing under the sink.I wouldnât use wet treats because I donât know how easy it would be to clean the inside of the sliding pegs.Overall, my cat loves it, itâs fun to watch him figure it out, and it feels well built enough to last for quite a while. I definitely recommend this item

Cat loves it!
Great cat puzzle! The puzzle is made out of a sturdy plastic and has non slip feet. The pieces slide and swivel without issue, and while you can hear them clicking as my cat does the puzzle it isnât too loud. I really like that there are several difficulty levels as well. I started my kitty off easy and once she got the hang of that we moved her on to the harder options. Overall, sheâs figured out the puzzle relatively quickly, but I would say it was definitely worth the money. Sheâs very engaged while she works on the puzzle and will actually come back to it throughout the day. Iâm definitely interested in getting more puzzles from this company. Also itâs super cute!

Fun, but be sure to supervise!
My indoor cat has long nails (intentionally-there are reasons, itâs temporary, sheâs happy donât worry!) and as she is learning this toy she has gotten them caught in it. There is a tiny (necessary) slit where the moveable piece rests. Kitty tries to scoop the treat out but somehow gets her nail caught in that slit, once even pulling the toy forward and startling herself as she tries to get free. While shorter nails or bigger treats would help, just a word of caution to suggest careful supervision, as the nature of this toy naturally encourages claw use as they forage. Otherwise it seems great!

Very useful for engaging cat in “search” for food, and slowing food consumption in a food-driven cat
This is an interesting device to slow down my cat’s food intake. He was rescued from a cat colony and is extremely food driven, often gulping it down until he coughs. I have a “fingered” dish for his soft food, and use this for dry kibble and dry treats. This product appears to be designed for kittens as the “leaves” covering food divits are very loose and easily moved. The divits are small and difficult for the cat to get food from, even when using his paws to pull it out. He easily caught on to the workings but I’m pleased that as fast as he can go in finding and fishing out the food, it has improved his rate of consumption and he no longer chokes or coughs while eating. The sliders move easily and quietly, and the shape and size of the device is stable and resists being knocked over. The only issue we have with it is that the kibble can get caught between the base and top layer of the device (Science Diet standard size kibble) but it’s not enough of an issue to deduct any stars from the product.

Great easy treat puzzle!
This is a great cat puzzle. Compared to other puzzles I’ve tried, it’s on the easier side, but the cats have no problem retrieving treats once the puzzle is solved. I use Greenies and they don’t get stuck, and my cats don’t have to paw at them to fish them out. They can just stick their face in it and eat it like kibble. This puzzle gives my cats some foraging entertainment without being too difficult. My cats are smart, but one of them is very stubborn, and refused to try this puzzle simply because it was a new challenge. She just wants me to pour the treats directly into her mouth lol. The truth is, it’s pretty easy for them to nudge the leaves and bugs with their nose to get the treats by just following the scent, and all my stubborn cat actually had to do was collect the treats out of the holes after her sister had opened them all because there were always some left over, but she still refused. Eventually she gave it a try and was able to succeed pretty easily. Now they love doing it together. If you’re looking for a simple puzzle to keep your cat preoccupied for a few minutes, this is a must-have.

Too easy!
My elderly cat is not particularly agile or smart, but he figured this puzzle out in a few minutes. Treats can be hidden under the leaves or red bugs, but all the cat has to do is push the plastic pieces around with nose or paw. The only brain power involved is remembering which ones he has already revealed. He loves this puzzle, but it doesn’t keep him busy for long. It is also quite large and ugly.He has another puzzle from the same company which hides treats in and underneath compartments with lids. That one is smaller, less expensive, more complicated, and keeps him occupied for a long time. The Catstages literature suggested that cats also enjoy their dog toys, so I’m looking at those too.

My cat loves puzzles and she’s already got a simple one from Trixie brand. I decided to get this for her as she’s really smart and the Trixie puzzle is too easy for her now. On her first try with this puzzle, she solved the sliders and raindrops in 2 minutes! I like that you can shift the raindrops in different positions to make the puzzle easier or more difficult. My cat is still figuring out the spinning wheel part, so this is definitely the right difficulty level for her. The only issue I found was that the holes seem to be a bit too shallow. She tried fishing treats out but they keep falling back into the hole. My cat has to stuff her face into the hole to eat the treat.

Itâs a good quality enrichment toy with multiple permutations for cats to find their snack. It wasnât overly difficult for my cat, but challenging enough for her to stay engaged and slow down her snack time.

The swivel raindrops were perfect for my little cat, that doesnât keep trying if she finds something too difficult. They move maybe a little too freely, but it meant she didnât get frustrated and would keep trying. I was most concerned that she wouldnât even try, but after moving the first raindrop, she tried out others and even had a go at the pegs!!The raindrops were far too easy for the boisterous boy who would just mash his face into them. The moving pegs were a little more challenging but he still picked those up quite quickly. The wheel however, has still proven difficult and he hasnât worked out yet what heâs doing to get the treats under there but heâs getting close! There have been ways to configure the rain drops and the cups to make the board more difficult to move which has been appreciated.Iâll definitely be getting the other design to put into rotation, but I donât think the cats will be losing interest in this one anytime soon.Itâs very well made and really well suited to all three of our different level cats.Picture of the board – picture of my partner showing the cats how to use it – pictures of the boy eating various treats
