I’m taking this as a recommendation from my doctor. It is supposed to help with my poor circulation in my legs. As long as I do not take it on an empty stomach, it is fine. As to the circulation in my legs, so far, so good!

Some queasiness. Will try splitting the dose with food.
Iâve only taken it once so far but Iâm pretty sure it caused me to be queasy for about 4-5 hours, which got better after having some ginger and a small meal. I think I had eaten not long before taking it but maybe not the right kind of food to buffer it well (can of organic chili). I wasnât close to vomiting but it was enough to be distracting and unpleasant. Since another reviewer who experienced nausea didnât with another product at 1/3 the dose, and because the suggested use is one per day, I think I will try 1/2 capsule with breakfast and another 1/2 with lunch on the weekend and see how that works out before calling it quits since Iâve recently been noticing my stage 2 venous insufficiency (had veins ablated and stripped 2 years ago) getting worse with my feet turning purplish after not very long standing or sitting in one place, and people seem to have excellent results from this. Admittedly, I hadnât been good about wearing my compression stockings while I worked at my desk since the procedure. Theyâre back in action now though and I plan to integrate some calf exercises and more exercise in general into my workday too.
