    Finally! Yes!!
Very impressed! We’ve had our turtle for just over a year, and my main focus is that if we’re going to have him, we need to do it right. We’ve gone through 4 different types of food now, and this is BY FAR the best! The chunks are soft and big, and so are the shrimp. Its affordable for what you get, and our turtle goes wild when he gets them! I haven’t taken a video, but he will get a dogs equivalent of “the zoomies” when he eats this food. I saw a video posted here to just crumble the large meat pieces, and I’m going to start doing that. Long story short, everything we’ve tried has underwhelmed our little Bowser, but THIS is different. It’s not too dry, it smells like food he’d enjoy and looks like it too. We will definitely stick with this food and are thankful we found a good quality food that’s affordable!

    Turtle Favorite
My turtle loves these and I will be buying more soon. This food last a while and looks nutritious; even my children said, “it looks like real food for us, but dry!” I am particular on the type of snacks or food I purchased for my red ear slider. This was a great buy!

    Red eared slider LOVES
My turtle tore these up! Really like that they float a while to give it a chance to eat them all and not just pollute the tank. I’ll definitely get again

OMG!!! Star, my large Turtle, Loves, Loves, Loves these!!!
Until recently, I had been getting all of my turtle’s food from Walmart… I won’t be doing that anymore! Not since I found this wonderful product because keeping worms alive long enough for all of them to be eaten was just not cutting it anymore. I was hesitant initially but Star immediately went to town, chomping up every piece I put in her aquarium!!! I’m now on auto ship and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend!!!

    Mixed opinin
I tried this brand of food out to see how my RES would take to it and my opinions are mixed. The chunks are mixed with a lot more larger pieces than most others I have fed her. They are all freeze dried the same as all the others. For some reason she only eats a few and then i must remove the others if i see them uneaten. Not sure why she doesnt like it as much as the others but I cant really ask her haha. She sometimes does avoid larger chunks so I have been soaking em a bit and cutting them by hand now. One thing I have noticed and this may or may not have came from this food but when cleaning her tank the past few times, I noticed that there has been what looks like 2 or 3 inch strings in the bottom of the tank. Never have seen that before, and the only thing introduced new has been this food. Like I said having not seen any in the pieces I can not be 100 percent sure. Either way I think i will have to move on to another one and see how she takes to it.

Riley’s Favorite Snack: The Turtle Treats Worth Shelling Out For
Let me introduce you to my OG aquatic homie, Riley. He’s a 16-year-old red-eared slider with plenty of opinions—and trust me, when it comes to snacks, he does not hold back. These freeze-dried goodies got the Riley stamp of approval, and at $15.99 for a 5.7 oz can, I’m a happy turtle mama too. Here’s why this treat is a total hit (and a few things to consider before you dive in).Pure and Simple Ingredients: It’s like a gourmet charcuterie board for turtles—chicken, duck, shrimp, and nothing else. No weird fillers, additives, or preservatives, just pure protein-packed goodness.High Protein, High Energy: Packed with essential vitamins, minerals, and immune-boosting proteins, it’s basically a multivitamin in treat form. Perfect for keeping Riley spry and happy in his golden years.Freeze-Dried for Freshness: This stuff is freeze-dried at peak deliciousness, locking in all the nutrients and flavor. It’s like meal prep for turtles, but with zero effort.Easy to Serve: Toss it in water to soften or shred it for smaller turtle pals. Riley’s a big boy, so he gets the full pieces—watching him crunch away is oddly satisfying.Mess-Free Storage: The easy-open can is a blessing. No more fumbling with bags or dealing with food going stale. Pop it open, serve, and seal it back up.Pros:-Excellent nutritional value with a vitamin-enriched, protein-heavy formula.-Great for both juvenile and adult turtles, plus large tropical fish.-Easy-to-use packaging and convenient feeding options.-Freeze-dried for freshness and long shelf life.-A hit with picky eaters (Riley says so).Cons: NONE!The price might seem steep for some, but remember: it’s a treat, not a main meal. And Riley insists it’s worth every penny. If you want to spoil your shelled sidekick while keeping them healthy, these treats are the way to go. Watching Riley chomp down with pure joy is worth every cent—and his shiny shell and energetic paddles tell me it’s doing wonders for him. Whether you’ve got a red slider, a box turtle, or a tropical fish in the family, this is a must-have treat for making you their favorite human. My Rating System Explained:⭐️ 1 star – Unfortunately, this product falls short of expectations due to its poor quality. I cannot recommend it.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars – While there are aspects to appreciate, the product suffers from significant drawbacks or is priced too steeply for its value. It’s difficult to recommend.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars – This product is adequate; it presents some issues but generally meets basic standards of quality. It’s a reasonable option for those willing to overlook its flaws.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars – A commendable product that delivers on its promises. It provides a satisfying experience and is worthy of consideration.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars – An exceptional product that exceeds expectations. It offers outstanding quality and value, making it a top recommendation.
