It works! No more spraying/fighting!
Thank God I found Zenifel gel diffuser! My old 19-year-old cat could not find the litter boxes in the basement any longer due to his age. Without our knowledge, he was peeing in various places around the house. The urine caused 2 of my 7 cats to learn how to spray to mark those spots. Now, I had 3 cats who were spraying. I bought an extra large kennel cage and temporarily put all 3 cats in it in order to clean those spots in the house thoroughly with Rocco and Roxie enzyme cleaner for urine. Then, I bought 4 Zenifel diffusers and placed them around the pee spots. It worked! I added 2 litter boxes to the upstairs to help the older cat and that stopped his pee problem. The Zenifel calmed all of my cats down beautifully. No bullying. No fighting. No kennel and like a miracle No spraying because the urine spots have been eliminated. I am so grateful to have found this product. I almost surrendered my 2 cats to a rescue. Thank God I didn’t. I was so stressed out and crying just thinking about getting rid of these 2 beautful lap cats. But, I did not give up on them and worked hard to solve the problem. Zenifel will always be in my home. I love that it is a gel and not a dangerous fire-hazard plug-in. I highly recommend you try it. It’s not a gimmick.

Works like a charm
Works like a miracle. My cat was licking all the fur off her leg. I took her to the vet. The first thing they did was give her a big whiff of Zenifel. It calmed her immedicately. I logged onto Amazon right there in the vet’s office and ordered Zenifel for Pookie to use at home. Now when she starts licking her leg I give her a whiff of Zenifel and she stops licking.

Seems to help
So far it seems to be helping some. I believe my cat has anxiety and this appears to have calmed her down a little bit. I placed it under her favorite hammock so itâs out of sight. She sleeps pretty soundly with it under her so I feel itâs helping to calm her. Easy to use, peel off paper and place diffuser cap on.

Helps with separation anxiety
This gel diffuser really seems to be helping my cat. He has terrible separation anxiety, complaining loudly whenever I leave the house. My adult son, who comes up from his downstairs apartment to comfort Jerry, says Jerry doesn’t seem nearly as agitated as he was without it. I have two diffusers now, both near where he tends to sleep. Thumbs up on this one!

Now a Calm and Happy Bunch of Kitties
They love this jar of (goo) so much they wrestle it from each other and hug it and lick it. I have to lock it up, so they don’t accidentally open it and perhaps eat it or something when I am not watching. But they were all very calm and happy after this love affair with the jar. So, I thought that since they occasionally do stress related behaviors in places that I am not happy about, I would try something with this (goo). With a chip paint brush (a disposable paint brush with naturally firm bristles), I “painted” some of the (goo) around the places they are naughty (as boy cats can be naughty) and I am now counting the days with no naughty behaviors (I have 4 rescue male kitties that are now almost a year old that I bottle fed.) No more stress. When I call it (goo), I say that because it is like semi firm petroleum jelly. It works to calm them unlike catnip. Catnip makes them happy, and they love it, but catnip also can make them riot. Rioting is okay, but they need to chill, too. I recommend the (goo) more than a spray because you can “paint” it like I did on a suitable surface where you need them to behave (like around litter boxes and on scratching posts) if you chose to and it will last because of its consistency. My Cat Just Sniffed This But It Didn’t Do Anything For Her. Waste Of Money!
I just got this in today, opened it up and took a test sniff. It stinks but since it’s for my elderly cat and not me I let her be the Judge. She cannot seem to stop sniffing the thing and has been rubbing her face against the canister so I guess that’s a plus. Thru the cat redistribution system last January, I gained another furbaby and my eldest cat is not happy to say the least! She will growl at the newbie if she so much as sees her across the same room and forget about coming any closer. Her hackles will rise up and her growls get so loud one would think my elderly cat was being tortured. The newbie has done nothing to warrant this behavior, other than existing in the same house. I am hoping that this will calm my elderly cat down enough to at least tolerate the youngster in the same room. They haven’t fought yet, but the newbie is starting to puff up at the sheer meanness of it all and all I want to do is prevent fights. Otherwise these cats are very sweet animals. I am giving this 4 stars because my eldest cat seems to like the stuff but I took off 1 star because I can smell it from a few feet away and it stinks lol! I will tolerate it if it chills everyone out and they don’t growl at each other (and hopefully not fight.)Edit on 8/25/25: Well this stuff does NOT work on my cats at all! When one starts to growl I use the spray and all it does is make them run away from the smell. Otherwise it does NOT calm the cats nor does it make them mellow out and like each other. They still growl at each other. I was hoping that my pets could at least be in the same room without growling, etc. but no dice. As for the gel, my older cat will still take a few sniffs when I put it up to her face but the other two cats hate it.Don’t waste your money cause this stuff does NOT work! I really wish that it did and had high hopes for it but all it did was waste my hard earned money, so I’m changing my review to one star.

Great for multi-cat households!
Amazing! Iâve used this instead of the Feliway for a little over two months now & recently just got more delivered as it has significantly helped the tension between my cats. I still like the Feliway but I LOVE that this lasts longer than the Feliway and doesnât need to plug in anywhere, which is great for a place that has minimal outlets.
