Works perfectly for my two dogs but it took a few attempts to teach myself how to put it on quickly.
Takes at least a few active brain cells to figure out how to properly get it on but it is a fantastic harness. It gives you control and there are no fears that a weak plastic closure will snap. This has no closures. I have a pair of large dogs and when they see a rabbit they will bolt for it. I retain complete control with this harness and I repeat that the best part is that there are no weak points. Fits well, looks good and I highly recommend it.

Best Harness So Far!!
I don’t write many reviews, but this harness was a LIFESAVER.Harness Size: MedPupper: 45-50 lb Husky/GSDMy dog has a high level of fear aggression. A few days ago, she decided (after around almost a YEAR of 0 complaints) to be terrified of her 2HoundsDesign harness. My guess is a combination of the *snap* sound of the buckles, combined with the pressure under her forearms. Morning walk? Completely fine. Evening walk? Tries to bite, is full on Kujo mode, no walk/normal nightly exercise, only goes outside to pee after I make a slip leash, then pouts in her bed the rest of the night. (She was not injured, I made sure to check later). Cue me (stressed out from Xmas hours and sick with the flu), having a breakdown on the kitchen floor, wondering if I’m capable of handling such a reactive dog.Halti No Pull Harness:No snaps, no buckles. Just quickly pulled it over her head, and asked for “paw” on both sides. I wouldn’t say it’s as pull-proof as the 2HoundsDesign, but it’s pretty darn close. No sliding from side to side when I use a double (front/back connection) lead.I believe that the Halti is superior to the 2Hounds, in that there is quite a bit of slack when she is NOT pulling. Although the 2Hounds design is also padded and has SOME give, it seems rather constrictive, *esp when she is sitting*. I feel like this Halti harness is one I can take with us on long mountain hikes with no worry of chaffing or discomfort. Also, the reflectiveness of the stitching is on point.——–Previous Harnesses:Halti Gentle Leader:Does my dog HATE it? Yes. Do I *love* it? Also, YES. It’s great for when we are in crowded areas and I want FULL control.2HoundsDesign:I loved it until it no longer was an option. I will say that I worried about discomfort/chaffing on some of our longer hikes. But, it has been the best option for reducing pulling over-all.Ruffwear Front Range:Big fan off the Ruffwear brand, NOT a fan of this harness. There is a front lead option. It’s sturdy, but it isn’t metal. Also, it slides around far too much to be functional for a dual lead. Might work for some, but my dog goes full *sled dog* if the lead is attached to just her back.

Great harness almost perfect
This harness is easy to use and works really well. My dog has worn it all day, every day for almost a year, and thereâs been no rubbing or discomfort. It’s still in great condition after all this time. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it tends to loosen almost daily, so I have to readjust it frequently.

Game changerâmakes walking my strong golden retriever so much easier
Someone recommended this harness to me when they saw my 70 lb adolescent golden retriever pulling me through the pet store. Iâm so glad they did! The Halti has made walking our dog so much easier. Itâs lightweight, adjustable, and really helps reduce pulling while still being comfortable for my dog.

Didnât control my strong and reactive dog well enough
I love the Halti face harness and have probably purchased 10 of them just for my wild and crazy GSD. Sheâs reactive to a lot of things, but most especially bikes – and the face harness helps a lot. However, she does not like it and is often throwing herself on the ground to rub at it. It also inhibits her panting causing her to get a it foamy at the mouth (nothing like lunging at a bike with a foamy mouth to get a biker to actually warn me next time he speeds by too close). The reason I have purchased so many is someone always puts it on wrong at some point, typically from behind her, and the chin strap ends up in her mouth and chewed through in two seconds. This is exactly what happened to me just last week when I took it off to give her a break from it while on a long walk. Hence, the purchase of this harness. The problem with this harness is when my girl is going to lunge, she often lunges hard. The harness pulls to the side and does not give me enough control. If itâs really unexpected (Iâm always listening for bikes, no EarPods allowed for me), I sometimes end up falling. The harness is not terrible, and I think when I use two leashes itâs better and may work well for a less powerful/less reactive dog, but I now have an order in for a prong collar (donât be judgy until youâve put one on your arm and yanked it, itâs not cruel).I have spent well over a year trying to get her calmer, and she is doing much, much better most days. But if she actually got to a speeding biker, all of us could get very hurt. Weâll see how she does with a prong, but I also ordered two backup Halti face harnesses.

Dangerous Product
My Pitt bull puppy almost lost his life with this. I had taken him to a medical appointment had him teathered to a tree while I picked up his poop by some grass and he slipped out of the harness. There he was, free and oblivious to the danger as he darted back and forth through the hospital street and almost ran into an intersection in front of a sanitation truck. All I could do was pray. I couldnât even watch it. I knew if I chased him, heâd run further, but if I just remained calm he might come back. So I turned and untied the leash from the tree while I prayed. He came back to me and while he was so wound up I was lucky to be able to grab the handle on a good quality collar that Iâd bought him. This harness has NO safety mechanism to keep it on the dogs if they like to escape. Any dog that likes to run freely could easily get out of this harness. It completely relies on the person holding the leash to pull to keep it on tightly. Itâs not safe. I would not take my dog in it again.

Slows down the pull
A great leash, slows down the pulling on leash. . . Easy to use. Just make sure itâs snug enough. Love how the straps are padded under the pits

Åu an köpeÄimin ön tarafında tasma izi oluÅtu. Daha seyrek ve kısa tüyler var artık.

We have a flat faced dog, so my usual choice of chain collar isn’t acceptable. This harness is good to stop my dog from pulling on the lead. Easy to put on, comfortable for the dog to wear and the tightening sensation trains him not to pull very quickly.I’m not very tall and have some mobility issues, so I can’t allow my dog to pull on the lead.I totally recommend this Halti harness. It’s very well made and sturdy, with reflective stitching.

We have a 45kg golden retriever who constantly pulls however this harness slows him right down when we use a double sided lead on the front and back rings. Itâs also comfortable fir him and doesnât cut into him like others have. After a while we can use it just from the back clip and itâs more comfortable for him and easier for us.
