Cute Southwestern Hide
This is a small reptile hide that I got for the garter snake that lives in my greenhouse. It has a cute southwestern theme with a little sign and cactus. The hide is resin but painted to look like stone. It is easy to rinse clean when I get dirt on it but so far I haven’t needed to do any serious cleaning. There are no sharp edges that would potentially hurt the snake. All in all it seems like a cute little addition to the greenhouse.

Cute accessories for a tank
Our leopard geckos are fairly large (they are not “giants” they just have big tails. What I did not realize is the house is actually more like a bridge )open on both ends). it’s cute, but our geckos want nothing to do with it – they prefer enclosed hides. Still giving 4 stars because the quality is great and the sign/cactus are adorably cute. Everything is very lightweight, but we buried the bottoms in the substrate in the tank a bit and it hasn’t been a problem.

too small
This set is cute and looks naturalistic, with fun details like the cactus model, warning sign, and hideout. It definitely adds a decorative touch to a reptile tank and provides a little enrichment for a pet.That said, I know this is the small size, but the size being this tiny doesnât make any sense. Itâs far too small for anything except a baby reptile and reptiles grow very fast. I had hoped it would work for my adult leopard gecko, but itâs simply not big enough for a larger pet to comfortably fit inside and he can only fit maybe his front legs on top of it. The materials feel sturdy enough, easy to clean, and the design is nice, but the limited size severely restricts its usefulness. It’s also very lightweight which is nice when moving it around, but makes it to where my bearded dragon gets it knocked over.Overall, itâs an okay option if you have a hatchling or very small reptile, but for anything larger, youâll need to look elsewhere. I could see it having a lot of value for a breeder, but for a single pet owner, I’d skip it.

Perfect addition to my geckoâs tank!
I bought this 3-in-1 desert-themed rock cave set for my leopard gecko, and he checked it out right away! He was curious and explored it immediately. The design adds a great desert vibe to his tank and really enhances the natural look of his habitat. The size is exactly as picturedâperfect for a small reptileâand itâs super easy to clean. The moist hide works well, and the little cactus and warning sign are fun, decorative touches and seem well made. Great value for what you get. Highly recommend for anyone looking to spruce up their reptileâs home!

The hatchlings love the cave.
I got the resin rock cave in order to create a hide spot for my hatchling box turtles. It took until the second day before I witnessed one trying it out, but this morning three of them were in it. It was time to move them to their outdoor habitat, and I lifted the cave to get them out, but they were stuck in there. I tilted and rotated the cave before one of them fell out (a couple of inches). The other two took longer. It was like a puzzle, getting them in the right position to get them out of each otherâs way and clear the flared bottom.Iâve included a picture of the bottom showing the plastic base. The excess plastic creates a footing that would prevent the cave from sinking into the gravel or substrate. Thatâs good, but it reduces the size of the opening at the bottom. The lip also prevents the substrate from falling out, as well as the hatchlings.I will use a tool to remove most of this excess, thin plastic and customize it for my needs.Itâs a good product, but most of all, the hatchlings like and will use it. Iâm all about functionality, and the extra decor pieces are low on my priority. Iâll probably use them in the future because they are nice looking.

Very thin material, cheaply made
This reptile hide is supposed to be made of resin. Mine arrived broken in half, and it appears to be cheap plastic with some areas less than one millimeter thick. The paint is slopped all over the inside, and it has a poorly lined up seam across the top, which is very visible. This would have been a 1 star, but the sign and cactus are cute. I donât recommend for the price.

The cave: My leopard gecko loves it, she is small now but its big enough for her to grow into as well, and the sign is so cute! Both the cave and signs seem to be good quality. There is a slightly noticeable seem across the top that seems like it is from the molding.
