4.5mm diameter spherical granules are designed to be more comfortable for cats to step on compared to larger cylindrical granules, making them more appealing for kittens to use.
Smaller granules with a 4mm diameter have more surface area compared to larger cylindrical granules of the same weight, providing better odor control by absorbing cat urine odors more effectively.

Easier on the paws. Cat enjoys his litter box again
We are changing from the Breeze pellets to these. After using the Breeze system for close to two years, my cat all of a sudden refused to poop in his litter box. We clean his litter box daily so it wasn’t a hygiene or odor problem. When we changed over to these round pellets, my cat immediately went back to pooping in his litter box. The round pellets are so much easier on his paws and easier for him to move and dig in. He visibly enjoys his litter box more with these pellets. Yes they do get kicked out of the box but so do the Breeze pellets. Yes they do roll around the floor but we prevented this by putting a small carpet border around his box.

They don’t help smell very much. They also get everywhere and are hard to clean up except picking them up by hand. Do not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Does not have a smell I love it
This cat litter has almost no dust and it does not have a smell I really like this cat litter better than any other cat litter that I have purchased for this cat litter box system although the cat litter does get out of the box every cat litter I’ve ever used gets out of the box I just put a rug in front of it to catch it and it does not stink or create dust I love it

Good odor control, but still stick in my cat’s paws!
These provided good odor control and were a great cheaper alternative to the Breeze system pellets. However, they are small and still get stuck in my cats’ paws. I’ll find them all over the house. They’re like tiny marbles. Unfortunately, I’m still on the hunt for pellets that are cost effective and don’t track everywhere.

Good absorption, not great mess
This litter dehydrated and concealed odor as well or better than the Tidy Cats breeze pellets, and was easier to scoop. Unfortunately I donât think weâll be purchasing it again as our cat enthusiastically digs in his litter box and the smaller lighter pellets escape it much more than the cylindrical ones, and since theyâre round roll all over. It would be great if you have one of the enclosed or extra high walls models, or a cat that doesnât excavating his litter quite so enthusiastically every time he does his business.

Tracks, Not Great Odor Control
I tried this litter because it has a far better price than the name-brand competitor, and the handful of reviews seemed positive mostly. However, since using it for less than a week, I’m already exploring other options. It is comparable to the brand name in ways, too – no dust, easy to scoop through. However, it is already smelling of old urine (I change the pad daily), and it tracks like clay litter – because of its shape. I have found pieces all over the house because it rolls like nobody’s business! I wouldn’t recommend for multiple cats because I feel like the odor control is less than the competition brand. Overall, the quality of this product (if you have multiple cats) does not stand up to the other brand, in my opinion.

Works Great!
These are not like the Tidy Cat Zoolite pellets. They are round, not like the Zoolite pellets. But, with that said……. They work Great in our Tidy Cat litter system.

Cats definitely prefer this to name brand
I have 3 cats and 5 Tidy Cat Breeze boxes around the house all told. One of my cats is particularly difficult and was peeing outside the box. He’s just old and stubborn. We tried changing pellets, pads, wash the box, etc., no dice.I’ve stepped on a few of the Tidy Cat pellets and know they certainly are not comfortable so when I saw these round ones I thought maybe that’d help. No sharp edges I figured might be easier on the kitty paws after all.Starting with changing one box, I quickly noticed all 3 cats focused on using that one in preference to the others and the improper urinating by the man ceased. As I switched out more boxes over a couple months, that trend continued with those boxes being used in favor of the ones that hadn’t been switched yet. Towards the end, they just stopped using the other boxes altogether.The pellets themselves are smaller, so while they do roll further when they end up out of the box, if I step on one it doesn’t hurt as much since there are smaller and no sharp edges. Like the difference on stepping on a BB vs. a lego brick.One other advantage of the smaller pellets though is they scoop easier. With the original pellets being cylinders, they have to be orientated parallel to the slots in the scooper requiring a fair bit of shaking to get all them back in the box. These just sort of drain straight through with minimal effort.The only downside to these are the cost, but I’ll try some suggestions online for ‘recharging’ them by soaking in a salt water bath when the time comes for that.
