Kitties love it!
I’m ordering a second one of these – the first was such a hit with my kitties! One of them likes to drink straight from the fountain, and the other prefers to drink from the “bowl”, so it’s a win-win. I love that the light inside shows me how much water is inside, so alerts me to refill as needed. I’ve had a stainless steel one before, and honestly, this one needs cleaning less that the steel (I was surprised – I figured the plastic would be worse). Maybe the steel one was just poorly designed, but I love this one so much better. Easy to replace filters, easy to clean.

it came with all parts, i will say the instructions were a bit confusing but it was easy to figure out. The entire thing itself is plastic. it works perfectly, is quiet. Now for anyother cat this would prob be fine, however i have an orange chaos gremlin, so in less then 5 min he was able to take it apart and spill it everywhere. now i wish the top part and the bottom either clicked together or was skrewable. I had to tape it down so he dosnt spill a ton of water everywhere. Id advise a watchful eye and tape for those naughty cats who like to flood the house. I wish it had a shut off system to where when it detects its out of place, it shuts off. Overall its a fine product, just maybe not for my cat.

Solid Product with Excellent Customer Service
My cat doesn’t like drinking water from a small plate, and since I occasionally have to travel, I decided to buy this water fountain a few months ago. She absolutely loves it and now drinks water more frequently. I no longer have to worry about her water supply for at least a week!The fountain is quiet and doesnât make any weird noises when the water level is low (which was a problem I had with other products). For this type of water fountain, the motor is usually the weak point – they tend to stop working after a while for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, this happened with every other fountain I bought before :-(.Today, when the motor stopped working on this fountain, I assumed it was the same issue again. I was about to buy a new one when I noticed a sticker on the side reminding me to clean the motor weekly, and there was an email for customer support. I emailed them, not really expecting a reply 🙂 but Bella responded quickly with a video on how to clean the motor, saying it solves 99% of the issues.Honestly, I didnât think it would work, but I gave it a shot anyway. Guess what – it worked perfectly! Iâm really happy and grateful for the help, which is why Iâm writing this review. I usually donât leave reviews on Amazon because Iâm busy, but I think this company deserves more business, so I made the time to post this.

Plastic water reservoir is not the best material choice
Iâve had this fountain for a year and a half. Overall, it works well and my cats use it more than their still water bowls. However, there are some cons to consider.- CON: The plastic bowl tends to get coated in a thin layer of slime rather quickly. It needs to be deep cleaned more often than Iâd like (AKA, scrubbing every single part extensively to remove all slime). I have a feeling that a stainless steel system would do a better job staying clean longer.-CON: The pump is quite hard to clean, as the nooks and crannies have hard angles that are difficult to fully clean. After a year and a half of use, my pump has now died.-CON: The pump gets clogged easily. I have discovered the fountain not flowing many times (when the reservoir is full of water and should be flowing).-PRO: I appreciate that you can buy a new pump without buying a whole new watering system.-PRO: The water reservoir is quite large so you donât have to stress about re-filling daily.All in all, a decent system for the price. Just requires more maintenance than Iâd hope, but I am going to buy a new pump and continue using this system. If I could go back in time, Iâd choose a stainless steel system instead.

The Cat’s Meow
I’ve got 3 cats so we have to fill it daily. I honestly should clean it more often but even after 2-3 weeks. The algae growth is very minimal. I bought this product in May and wrote this review in July. The entire product including the motor was very easy to clean using a bottle brush to get into the cracks and crevices. I just changed the filter this time around because it was absolutely filthy but the last time I just scrubbed it really good and rinsed it off. Minimal noise, the light is still working, everything comes apart (even the white motor block can be taken apart to a point, and the faucet), easy to use, and the cats love it. I haven’t got one complaint.

Fountain stopped working at the 8 month mark but loved it beforehand. Will be buying another just because my cats loved it so much and my one cat is super finicky with water but he used it!

My 14 year old cat who has never used a water fountain in his life took to this straight away.He has kidney disease so drinks a lot of water and I am out of the house during the day so wanted to ensure he had clean fresh water all day. This works great for that.It is quiet, you canât really hear the motor, only the trickling of water which can be quite relaxing.Easy to assemble and see how much water is left in there.Filters are easy to use.My only downside is that I partly wish Iâd have gone for a fountain that has motion detector so itâs not running constantly but thatâs not the fault of this fountain.For the price I think it is a great fountain. It looks good – is a nice size for my cat and is sturdy and value for money
