Arrived Damaged
This is second time I received damaged item. The first one was for me so I just glued it on but this one was a gift so I had to replace. Amazon, as usually, has excellent customer service and will replace. I love the design of this piece but can’t give damaged or home repaired.Just got the replacement piece and it is in perfect shape. I am impressed by Amazon and seller to act quickly and send replacement piece in timely manner. The piece goes so well with the building I bought for Christmas Village for my nephew and niece for their home. Very pleased with quality and the customer service.

Bad paint job
Horrible paint job â half the dogâs face is bare, and the green from the box is all over his legs. Part of the helmet isnât painted either. If this was from the dollar store, perhaps, but I paid a lot more than that and expected the quality to match.
