Works great
Picked this one up after our old Zoomed one took a dump on us. Didnt want to shell out another $65 so i picked this one up after reading the reviews. Super easy to set up, controls our humidifier, heat lamp as well as lights. This makes taking care of our Red Footed Tortoise a breeze. No more spraying down the cage or flipping the light switch on and off. The ranges seem to be holding up and controlling the enviroment well. So far so good!

A slight learning curve to learn how to program it but once you dial it in it works great. The humidity control even gives you a variance which I find very useful in the humid south east United States.

Could be hazardous to your pets
I was hopeful that this would be my solution to not be constantly worrying about my baby tortoise, but was shocked to find out that the light and heat sensor sockets would not turn on or off at the right settings.It worked for 1 day and then the next day I caught my heater reaching over 100F at night when I set the cutoff to 80F. Unacceptable and very dangerous for anyone’s pets.I thoroughly read the manual and tested for 2 days. The thing just stopped working reliably and nobody should tolerate that.

Would look for alternative choices / “Good customer service”
Like most other reviewers, humidity port does not work, or at least I can not get it to work. it went on 1 once but never again. time and temperature ports works like a charm // upgrading to 4 stars seller provided instructions via email, port started to work (80% – 10%), have not been able to have it work to my needs yet, but it works (will do some more testing). seller also offered a full refund however since I have the product and I have been using the 2 other ports without any issues did not find it to be fair, would suggest providing additional instructions for the humidity port.

Worked for a few months and then the humidity control stopped turning on. It reads humidity but no longer turns the fogger on.

Wonderful!! Took a minute to figure out the timing setting but other than that, my tortoise is a much happier guy now that heâs not being sweat out in heat lamps & drenched in humidity. He has the perfect environment now ð

NOT a dimming thermostat
This is NOT a dimming thermostat, which I was under the impression of when I purchased. With that being said, if you don’t need a dimming thermostat, this was a phenomenal control center that was easy to set up and looked great as well. The temperature and humidity sensor seemed accurate, but without dimming capabilities, it was useless to me.
