I use this product for my exotic sensitive Axolotls this awesome creatures pee and ð© a lot so the ammonia in the water can be unhealthy for them so a capful PER 10gal of ACCR does the job of softening the aquarium ðð

Actually works to reduce ammonia!
The ammonia in our tank kept going up despite water exchanges and seeding the tank with nitrate reducing bacteria. All the ammonia caused a major algae bloom. Then, we had some major milky water after the addition of the bacteria due to a bacteria bloom. It was terrible. I did another 30% water exchange and treated the tank with Fritzâs and treated the new water too. The next day it was much better. I treated again the next day. I kept treating a little each day until the levels were finally normal. It is non-toxic to fish and also crustaceans. Many other treatments could kill our blue lobster, but this one is safe. Our water is finally clear. Now, I treat the tank once per week is all to keep the ammonia controlled. The bottle will probably last me a year because it only takes a few ml to treat.

Greatest Aquarium Starter out There
This worked wonders for a fishless aquarium startup. I just poured it in, and in a couple weeks the water was already ready for fish. I did sometimes add a little more during water changes to keep the quality, but besides that I’m very happy with it.

I have purchased this several times for both my fish tanks. It helps with my water conditioning and ammonia issues. I have tried many other products out there and can say Fritz is very good. Itâs worth the money knowing itâs really going to work!

This is a must. I have to use twice the amount during spring and summer and early fall because my city water changes the water to some ungodly amount of chemicals.

Itâs good to bring ammonia down a level
I bought this for my established tank that had a sudden ammonia spike. I change the water about 1 1/2-2 weeks usually so Iâm not sure where the ammonia is coming from. Regardless I had a reading of 1.0ppm about 5 days ago. I added this conditioner as directed and it brought it down to .5ppm. Since then, I have done 2 water changes and have checked the level every day. It has not dropped anymore since the .5 even with the changes and using this as my water conditioner. I tested my own water too and ammonia level was at 0 every time. Iâm going to give this product longer to work I just donât see it dropping anymore than it has.

Using for indoor plants & succulents
Our local tap water is treated with chloramine. Chloramine treatment adds both chlorine and ammonia to the water, which forms chloramine. Chloramine is not easily removed from water via evaporation and must be neutralized using dechlorinator.Therefore I bought this to add to the water I use to water my plants. I add 10 drops per gallon and can use it immediately. This is actually much easier than leaving a large bowl of water out for 24 hours for chlorine to evaporate if that’s what’s in your water supply. I can only assume it’s helping – I haven’t noticed any ill effects.Before ordering, I called the company to ask about this usage and was told she had never heard of anyone using this product for plants and she could not provide advice or instructions for doing so. She did say that she would bring it up at the meeting the following day.

I bought this with hope that it will remove all haziness/dirt from water. But none of these scenes played ot for my aquarium and all the 4 fishes died soon after. So a waste of money i shall say.
