it is an effective and safe treatment for koi fish pond parasites, to prevent the spread of disease treat your fish at the first sign of fish distress or sluggish swimming, not moving or stationary on a corner or under waterfall, fish not eatiing, flashing, red fins,wounds or red spots on body,fungus,etc. I have not observed any negative issues with this product.
