Make sure to soak it
With some air stones you have to soak them for a few hours before you use. I put mine on a timer I’m curious to see how long the light lasts

The bubbles flow out of the edges of the light source but not in the middle. However I still like it for my little tank.

Complete Disappointment!
Junk, burnt out led, others flash randomly, the usb is loose in every plug Iâve tried. The listing makes it appear that you can select a color. The whole reason for getting it was to use it for nighttime or glow. Really disappointed. Well to add to that since the usb is loose the vibration of the air pump makes it worse and it doesnât seem to be bubbling anywhere near what the pics show. At this point itâs getting returned before it fries my kids fish and I have to deal with that.

Only suitable for tiny tanks right next to a plug, and even then didn’t bubble fully
I got this 6″ aquarium bubbler light for use in my 40 gallon breeder axolotl tank. We’ve tried a longer light bar and couldn’t get the bubbles to come out all the holes, even though the air pump I’m using is WAY overpowered for our tank size. I hoped the smaller bubble bar would work better.Unfortunately, this did not fare any better. I could get bubbles to come out of only a few holes at a time, and could only force them through the others if I tipped it, but never got them all going at once, so there was no bubble wall effect. Also, the power cord is WAY too short and designed with the switch close to the USB plug end. This means that it could neither reach my under-tank cabinet power supply, nor could it even pass through the hole due to the size of the switch. The only way I can use this with light is if it isn’t at the bottom of the tank which defeats the entire purpose.I think this was designed in such a way that it’s really only good for use with very tiny tanks that are right next to a power source: it’s advised to make a “drip loop” in any power cable that goes into your tank, so be advised this doesn’t even safely reach the full advertised 3 feet. For most any depth of tank you’re looking at maybe a foot of distance to a USB adapter plug. Furthermore, the tiny size a tank would have to be for this to work with is really too small to humanely house any aquatic creatures.Overall, this did not work for my tank setup due to ill-considered design elements. I would not recommend it.
