Absolutely In Love With This. I Got It For My Guinea Pig And He Is Completely Comfortable In His New Home, Very Spacious, The Assembly Is Fairly Easy, Cleaning Is Easy, I Love All The Access Door And That I Can See Him No Matter Where He Is In The Cage. The Cage Is So Aesthetic Pleasing It Blends Perfectly With My Home. Pricing Is Good For The Quality That You Receive. Completely Sissified With This Purchase.

Terrible design, very difficult to clean
Terrible product. Very cheap, very difficult to clean, the bottom tray is very hard to slide in and out and there is no tray for the top area, meaning if they poop or urinate in the top area there is no where for it to go except to accumulate. There is a small wooden area at the bottom where urine and poop can soak in and ruin the wood over time. The top of the cage does not open it screws shut. Also not big enough for decent sized bunny. Maybe good for a guinea pig or gerbals but do not recommend for rabbits.

Perfect for Gerbils
We bought this pen for my daughters’ new Gerbils. They all absolutely love this enclosure! The ramp is sturdy, it is easy to assemble and clean, and the Gerbils have plenty of space now to run around and parkour the way they do! They seem so much happier with the space. The only thing I noticed is that the wood slab at the bottom level is starting to be chewed on, but everything else seems Gerbil proof.

Strong and stable
It was very easy to put together. I had no issues putting together all by myself. It’s super roomy and very strong with stable legs and the plastic sheets for the inside prevent the wood from getting dirty very well. My advice is training your guinea pig or rabbit to use the second where the holes are that lead to the bottom tray for potty time. Because mine were used to going wherever they pleased in their old cage and go on the wooded piece NEXT to the opening. ð

Terrible quality
Aesthetically pleasing but the quality is terrible. The wood is awful, itâs cracked and appears to be glued together. The pieces donât align making closures and waste tray difficult to use. If we had the time, weâd return this piece of crap and make our own cage. Unfortunately, we need a place for my kids guinea pigs so we are stuck with this for now.For the price, the quality is terrible

DO NOT BUY! Ruined in only 3 days of use!
I ordered this because it was claimed as “waterproof”. I recieved it and loved the look, but after only 3 days of use I noticed a bad smell. I cleaned it out (which I do every 4 to 5 days anyways) and noticed that the pee had soaked through all the wood. So much for being “waterproof”. I was extremely upset and contacted the company and they refuse to give me a refund. Now I noticed they have taken off the “waterproof” and “soakproof” part of the description of the item. Funny. . . So I had to order a new one (all plastic from now on). Im appalled at the company and their customer service. I see that others had the same problem. . . I should have read the reviews first, but got excited when I saw a wood house that was waterproof. I should have known better ð

Good quality! However it must be made with some tasty lumber because my guinea pig has turned into a beaver since heâs moved in! Be prepared for your critter to munch on the entire house ð
