Great little aquarium!
A fantastic aquarium makes for a very happy goldfish. This tank fits nicely on the countertop in the kitchen. Itâs is a joy to watch the fish swimming around in the new and larger tank.The filter is nice and quiet and the light is bright enough to make the fish look even better.

The aquarium itself looks good, neat. Unfortunately, our goldfish died overnight She lived with us for almost 2 years in a regular round aquarium, but she died in the new aquarium, we are very sad.ð And in the new aquarium, such foam constantly collects when it works. Why? We did not wash the aquarium with any means, we just rinsed it well with water. I washed the filter as indicated in the instructions. And in my opinion, the light is very bright. And it seems a powerful pump. Maybe later we will try to import new fish, but I doubt the aquarium.

Neat little tank. Definitely quite. Just the right size and weight for my needs. Decor is on the way. Tank wonât stay bare. Great tank for someone starting out or one with lots of experience and just what something simple!

Decent mini tank, good for kids goldfish or similar purposes.
Itâs a little noisy, as the hood kind of amplifies sound. I used a few well placed rubber strips and that solved that issue. the size is great for my kids room, the filter seems to work for the 1-2 fish we have gotten for it. Overall, itâs not a bad tank, but I do wish the lighting was a little more dynamic and had some functions. The white tank looks clean and itâs a cool look, and thatâs where the tank does shine. Itâs a got a nice modern look to it and works well enough for my kid to keep a few neons in it. I did buy a very low cost light fixture and upgraded the tank, and that really made a huge difference. Most starter kits like this people expect everything you need to be included, but I have yet to find a tank kit at any price that didnât need some upgrades, so itâs hard to dock any stars for my personal choice to upgrade the lighting.

Our 13-year-old daughter had been asking for a small aquarium to keep in her room. When we came across this one, it seemed like the perfect gift for her birthdayâand it turned out to be a great choice.The aquarium has a clean, modern look, with a clear, tint-free glass tank and a sleek white base and lid. It holds 10 liters of water, which is just the right size for a small space like a bedroom. While it doesnât come with any accessoriesâjust the tank, a built-in LED light, a filter pump, and filter materialsâitâs a solid foundation to build on. Youâll need to buy decorations, gravel, plants, and, of course, the fish separately.Setup was simple. The included instruction pamphlet is concise and easy to follow, even for someone with little or no experience setting up an aquarium. Once assembled, the LED light, which is activated by a button on top of the lid, gives off enough brightness to nicely illuminate the tank and its decorations. It even works well as a gentle night light. That said, thereâs no option to adjust the brightness or color of the lightâitâs a basic on/off feature.The lid has a convenient feeding hole, so you donât have to open it every time you feed the fish. There are also dedicated openings at the back for power cords, which helps maintain a tidy appearance. Two additional slots are available if you want to add accessories like a heater or air pump later on.The pump and filter system work efficiently. The pump isnât overly loud, but we did notice a slight vibration that caused the lid to hum after a while. To fix this, we added a small, clear silicone gasket between the touching parts, and that took care of the issue.The included filter mediaâcotton for trapping debris and ceramic beads for biological filtrationâare easy to find at pet stores and simple to replace. Just keep in mind that the cotton layer, which catches the larger particles, will need regular cleaning or replacement to keep things running smoothly.At around $70 CAD, the price feels reasonable for the quality and design of the aquarium. I wouldnât recommend this tank for any purpose that involves water. The filter intake is way too far down so if youâre using substrate, gravel, sand, plants, this wonât work for you. The filter itself is a joke, it doesnât efficiently filter anything and the media is the lowest quality youâve ever seen, youâll end up having to rig something to make it decent since the filter is fixed and you canât just use a different one. There is no controlling the light at all, itâs either on or off, no timer, no dimmer, no colors. And it is so bright youâre guaranteed to get algae even if you turn it on for just a few hours a day, also stressing you fish when those super bright lights come on all of a sudden. It also has a built in jet that you canât adjust either and it is way too aggressive on most small creatures you might want to keep, including plants and snails. My shrimp would just fly all over the tank with this thing, which btw doubles as the air intake but stops blowing in air constantly and you have to unplug the whole thing to reset it. Did I mention there are no controls for anything at all? Finally the glass is not as clear as they claim. Itâs not bad, but definitely not the clearest out of all my tanks. Donât buy.

I bought two of these. One each for my kids to get a betta. One tank is working great so far, the other has already turned quite loud as it buzzes and the filter part vibrates. Itâs only bet set up for 2 weeks.The filter must also not be working properly as the tank is super cloudy compared to our other.
I was disappointed with this at first but after using a wire brush to fluff the fur it was much nicer. –
The lid doesnât come off for easy cleaning.
