Operation
1. Attach the display unit to the outside of the tank using the suction cups and submerge the probe into the water in the tank.

Great for baby tubs
We got a portable bath tub for our baby, and we have a little duck that says if itâs hot or not, but doesnât state the actual temp. The baby tub thermometers were up there in price just because itâs baby related. Got these ones and they work great!

Great thermometers
Purchased two. We have one in the kitchen window (the sensor is outside the window), and one in the master bath. We use these to show the accurate temperature outside. They are working great! We always know the accurate temperature and dress accordingly.

Got what you paid for
Bought six, under three bucks each. Cheap, but not too bad. One was faulty, suffering from a bad solder bridge on the circuit board. Fixed, re-soldered, works fine. BUT the accuracy and calibration of my six thermometers was inconsistent. Do not rely on these very inexpensive thermometers for accurate temperature readings, better than a degree F or so. That being said, of the SIX, TWO were a degree high, ONE was three quarters -degree high, THREE were within a quarter degree of accurate plus or minus.Sold as aquarium thermometers, they are more than good enough for the fishes. For ambient, refrigerator, process control ( like darkroom chemistry ), they will probably be OK after you verify the reading and error ( stirred ice cubes melting in water are the standard for 32 degrees F )So, just fine for the price. I will be able to use all six that I bought. Selectively. And I would buy again. They don’t claim to be laboratory instruments. and they’re good for the advertised application

Installed in a few minutes and work great. Only using one at this time. Other is a backup.

total junk,totally wrong temp
varied in read out outs up to 4 degrees difference, easy use. Two out of 4 , read close . I would reccomend a better one to use for more ccurate reading, update junk after 2 months,would not reccomend ! Totally gives false readings

Good but not accurate
Good item BUT not accurate temperature indications vary as much as 10 degrees up or down when compared 4 other units same make and model at same location side by side

The both read right about the same
I have both these in my tank opposite sides they both read just about the same so I trust they are accurate or accurately wrong together. Iâm glad I have these turns out my fish need it cooler than I had the heater set for and they are happier now
