Give your cat long-lasting protection against fleas and ticks with a Seresto Cat flea and tick collar. Unlike other flea and tick protection, Seresto Cat flea and tick collars kill and repel fleas for eight continuous months. Seresto Cat flea and tick collars are recommended by veterinarians, stocked by 8,000 vet clinics* and trusted by pet owners for nearly a decade.
Seresto Cat gets right to work killing existing fleas on cats within 24 hours. Reinfesting fleas are killed within two hours – before they lay eggs – delivering protection against further flea infestation for eight months. Seresto Cat collars make your cat’s comfort a priority by killing on contact, so pests don’t have to bite your cat to die. Seresto Cat collars also kill re-infesting ticks in as quickly as six hours, and they prevent tick infestations within 48 hours of the initial application.
Fleas and ticks not only cause discomfort; they can also pose other risks. Consistent use of a Seresto Cat flea and tick prevention collar is important to protect your cat against fleas and ticks that may cause bartonellosis, transmission of tapeworms in cats or Lyme disease. This formula also kills fleas which may cause Flea Allergy Dermatitis and feline infectious anemia.
Seresto Cat flea protection collars are effective and lightweight for both indoor and outdoor cats and kittens at least 10 weeks old, and there’s no prescription needed. They’re odorless, non-greasy and water resistant to shampoo treatment, bathing,** swimming or exposure to rain or sunlight.

Reliable and Long-Lasting Protection for Cats
These collars work great! Iâve been using Seresto for years, and itâs still the most reliable flea and tick protection for my cats. Theyâre safe, effective, and long-lasting, giving peace of mind for up to 8 months. I love that thereâs no strong smell and my cats donât seem bothered wearing them at all.Great value for 2 and totally worth it for the quality and how well they work. I keep coming back to Seresto because it just does the job.Pros: long protection, no smell, safe for pets, effective, easy to use

Works Great!!! But without hesitation. Wonât regret it.
Donât know if the 2025 batch of Soresto cat flea collars are especially effective but I have only seen 1 flea on my 2 cats from June 2025 to 8/26/25. That flea was on my catâs stomach and it seemed to be sickly. Also as we advanced from May to June I noticed a spike in fleas on my cats. I could easily find 10 to 15 fleas on my cats bellies, ribs, and shoulders. The next day Iâd find another 10 or 15 fleas. Within 24 hours of putting the Soresto Flea Collar, I was unable to find additional fleas except for a sickly half dead one in early August. This is the best flea product ever.

Best Flea Collar Out There
This seriously may be the best flea collar for cats. Within just a few days, my boy was flea free and still is after several months. Itâs odorless which is another thing and doesnât have that powdery feel to it like other flea collars. Extremely effective. I recommend!

A Miracle Collar That Gave my friend’s Kitten Relief Overnightâ
A friend asked me to watch her kitten for 3 weeks, and I quickly realized the poor baby was covered in fleas. At only 11 weeks old, I was so nervous about how to safely treat her. I tried baths, which helped a little, and even bought an all-natural spray with great reviews… but it did nothing. The kitten hated the smell, and her coat looked awful afterward.Once she turned 12 weeks, I decided to give this collar a try…and wow, what a difference! Within 24 hours she was completely clean, comfortable, and so much happier. No bad reactions at all. This product truly stands by its promise… top-notch results and safe for such a young kitten.Honestly, this collar feels like the âgod of all collars.â If I ever get a kitten of my own in the future, this will be the only flea protection I use. Before buying, I looked through dozens of reviews to see if anyone had success with a kitten as young as 12 weeks, but most were for adult cats. After a lot of research, I decided to take a chance and Iâm so glad I did. I hope my experience will help others. This little one deserved to feel comfortable and loved, and Iâm happy I could give her that. I honestly grew so attached and wanted to keep her forever. Highly recommend this product to anyone caring for a kitten… it truly works.

IT WORKS!!!
If you know anything at all about house cats, you know theyâre full of tenacity, and audacity. Once your indoor cat gets a taste of the outdoors, itâs just about impawsible to keep them from wanting to be outside all the time! Thatâs what happened with my cat The Baroness Meowtilda Von Softiepaws (street name: Tilly). Tilly slipped out the back door when I opened it to let my smelly little dogs out. Of course I freaked out thinking sheâd run away and Iâd never see her again. But Tilly stayed in the back yard and came inside after a few minutes. I vowed to never let her out again. But 1) sheâs a cat with quintessential cat-like reflexes and is better than I am on her worst day, when Iâm on my best day. 2) The audacity I mentioned earlier is STRONG in her 3) she DOES NOT like to be picked up/held, or confined in any way, and I value the use of my hands. Sheâs never been aggressive with me, but I prefer not to make too many waves. So keeping her from slipping outside from time to time was not a job for which I am well equipped. Over time I got more comfortable with it since Tilly always stayed close to the house, and was always in the house over night. She has never been injured on her excursions. Then, we had a big problem. Remember the smelly little dogs? Well they suddenly became smelly AND itchy! And thatâs when I saw it. The dreaded flea infestation. The dogs are treated for fleas and ticks, so that meant the harbinger of the plague was feline, in species. Now imagine gentle reader, if Tilly is not the type of cat to allow cuddling, what are the chances sheâs the type of cat to allow herself to be bathed with flea soap? Nil. The answer is, nil.Several essential oils sprays, and flea combing sessions later- I had finally eradicated the infestation. Unfortunately Tilly developed some harsh looking ulcers on her skin which the vet advised was due to an allergy related to the flea bites. I felt awful, but I got her ulcers treated and cleared up quickly (thankfully, because they were shocking to look at and I doubt they were comfortable). My vet recommended the Soresto Flea and Tick Collar for several reasons. She said 1) it works, 2) itâs made for cats and dogs, 3) it lasts for up 8 l months. She did say âitâs one of the pricier optionsâ¦â but she swore by its effectiveness, and said it was worth it the price. Of course this had my anxiety riddled brain thinking these collars cost enough to make me have to decide between purchasing one, or paying my mortgage. Turns out the collars are about $68, and since theyâre supposed to last 8 months, that breaks down to about $8.50/month, or ~.28/ day! So I bought one and decided to give it a try. If it didnât work, Iâd know for the future and I would try something else.Well, guess what? IT WORKS!There is no chemical scent to it, itâs made of a flexible rubber type material, and itâs adjustable. I thought Iâd have to fight with Tilly to get the collar on her (she prefers to go au naturale), but since the collar is adjustable with a lot of extra length, it was really easy to slip it on her neck and then pull it to tighten it. It helps to have a lickable treat at the ready to occupy your cat, if theyâre resistant to being collared. The collar even comes with little plastic reflectors you can attach which is great if your cat goes out in the evenings at all. Tilly scratched at her neck and the collar for the first day or so, but then she accepted it, and now I donât think she even notices it. I havenât had a single flea or tick on ANY of my Fuzz Butts since using this collar, and we are going on 3 years. If I had one request, it would be for whoever is in charge to make this an item you can set up as a subscription, and automatically get a new collar every 8 months. I know I forgot to replaces Tillyâs collar for about 10 months (and it still worked!), and I donât want to take the chance of forgetting again. For now I have a reminder on my phone, along with the reminder to change my air filter and to test my smoke alarms. But it would be much easier if I could get a new one automatically.Other than that- 10/10 recommend and your fuzz butts and sanity will love you for it!

Does not ward off ticks only a flea collar, not even sure if itâs genuine
