The best chinchilla water bottle
We have used an Oasis Crystal 16 oz. water bottle for 18 years, and it still delivers water perfectly. They are the best water bottles for chinchillas, bunnies, and other larger small animals because they have a large spout and are easier to drink from.

Misleading information
In the past I had purchased a water bottle stand that came with this bottle. Recently the plastic washer broke and water drained out all over the floor. Seeking to replace it, I found the same water bottle on Amazon. The picture shows 4 bottles in different colors. I read the description looking for how many bottles were included in the price and a place to select the color I preferred. The price was double what I could purchase one bottle for on other sites. As I couldn’t find any where that stated the price was for only one bottle, I made an incorrect assumption that I would get 4 bottles. I received one. This is the first time I have purchased a product from Amazon where I was totally confused about what I was buying. There was insufficient information to make it clear that the price was for only one bottle and the color was whatever they decided to ship. I won’t be buying this product again from Amazon.

Misleading advertising
The description/ad apparently is very ambiguous. While it does say 16 ounces it shows a picture of four bottles. They are different colors. It doesnât say 1-16 ounce bottle. Itâs not giving me the option to choose a color. I was needing four smaller bottles for 4 cages for travel. So I thought this to be perfect. However, when the package arrives, there is only one bottle in it. I was so certain that there were going to be four bottles that I started to return the item and decided to come back and take another look. Still, thereâs nothing in the description that leads to the fact that itâs only one bottle other than if you go all the way down and look through the specifications and go to âwhatâs in the boxâ and it says bottle, wire hanger, Etc.â but still it does not say one bottle. So that was my hint I guess that this was what I in fact had ordered. Being that I didnât have a choice to choose my color⦠At least it was purple since that is my favorite color. Hopefully it works better for me than it has for some of the other customers.

Just as reliable as any non-bell bottle from Oasis.
Hasn’t leaked yet. The sides are pretty but still easy to see the water level inside -even without the white ball that keeps falling out. The wide top styles fit the holders better because they are slightly smaller and seat further down in the holder, as they should. I have mine in the Oasis 16 oz holder, UPC 048054800542 that I bought from Amazon.The drinking tube seems to be a little wider than other 16oz bottles but admin using it for rats, it’s not an issue. I wouldn’t use it for anything real small like hamsters or mice, however.

BOTTLE LEAKS
I do like the color of the bottle and the size but I put water in it and it was instantly dripping I let it go for a bit and it slowly stopped but still dripped

My go to water bottle for my guinea pigs. Doesn’t leak but you need to be sure to: A. wash it by hand not in a dish washer b. do not over tighten the lid. These can ruin any bottle quickly. Have had one of these for two years and it is still perfect. My babies love it.

Piece of garbage! Comes with one little wire to hold the bottle on the cage. If you put the wire at the top the bottle falls out and if you put it around the bottom it makes the bottle leak and the top tips over. Ad shows a set of 4 with no further description, no option for colour choice and only 1 was sent.

Do not buy this bottle. You get one cheaply made bottle that leaks all over first time you use and cannot return or replace!Pass this one by for sure. Not worth it!!!
